For $250, did not expect to get a 4k monitor with top notch quality that typically costs >$400. Plus this is a portable monitor. However, the performance of the monitor surprised me.Pros:1. Very nice picture! It runs 4k with HDR smoothly on my PS4 pro. It also looks very nice with PC or laptop.2. Very light weight for a 15.6 monitor. Absolutely portable.3. Less than $250. I list this as a pro because it is about $100 cheaper than other sellers. I did received a brand new unit.Cons:1. Manual is only available from seller's email. For people who do not check their email, setting up the monitor for the first time could be painful.2. The built of the monitor doesn't look very sturdy. It's made with plastic so you don't want to drop it.Despite the email only manual and plastic frame, I really like this monitor. I will see if it is also durable.

To start with the positives, the picture on this screen is gorgeous, it is extremely light-weight making it very portable and the customer service is very friendly and accommodating. The screen is matte not glass which is good on the eyes for extended use.Unfortunately when connected to the Mac Mini the font was so tiny it looked like grains of sand and due to the on-screen instructions being in Chinese and no printed manual to guide me, I had no idea how to adjust anything. Also, the included stands (it comes with two) are NOT compatible so you will need to purchase a stand separately. However, at this price point, you still come out cheaper than buying one of the more expensive portables.I would say this is probably a great purchase for gamers that are familiar enough with monitors to figure out how to adjust the screen settings (or that can read Chinese, LOL). Contacting customer service is a bit tedious as the only contact is through email and it take 24-48 hours to get a response. However, once they do respond they are extremely accommodating and very friendly. It is worth the wait to walk through your issues with them as long as you don't have any "portable screen emergencies", which is NOT a thing unless you get paid to game, lol.At the end of the day I returned mine because I could not figure out how to change the screen settings so I could use it with Mac or PC. But the company sent me a 10 inch 2k portable for FREE and it is just as beautiful, which a glass screen and a compatible stand. The speakers are loud and decent for music and games, but not good clarity on dialogue, but it you use a good pair of headphones or external aux speaker everything sounds great. Instructions are still in Chinese though with no printed manual so I still cannot use this with PC or Mac as the font is too tiny to read.The 4 stars is for picture quality and customer service but ease of use gets only 1 star. Please print instructions in English or include a printed manual!

Screen came with a huge dead spot in the center of the monitor, so there is no quality control from seller! There have been a lot of these chinese monitors that have recenty popped up on amazon. I have tried several different sellers and none of monitors that i recieved were in keepable shape. This one was made with the cheapest of materials so i would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Nice imagin. Good enough for my needs. Received and connected to my Microsoft Surface using mini dp to mini dp, and works great. Received manual by email, which helped me to set the screen menu from Chinese to English language. So far so good. Frame is plastic as expected for the price.

What a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect much difference in resolution at this size compared to 1080p, but the difference is quite visible. Also, oh man is it light weight and uniformly thin.The only thing I don’t like is that the cords protrude from the right side, it looks bad (to me) and gets in the way (bumps the wall) I get it though, where else do you put them? Also my ps4 pro is really loud now.

I thought i do not know how to operate it, but then i remembered that they sent me an email after the sale, which include the manual and steps how to change the language, I have to say that they are still very professional.Then I bought a DP CABLE and it immediately showed the perfect picture quality of 4k.
