I bought the Seal Foam Tape 1/2″ W x 1/8″ T Weather Stripping (3 Rolls, 50 ft) for my sliding patio door and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. The adhesive stuck well and the foam filled the small gap perfectly, cutting down on that annoying draft and noise from the sliding door slamming. Some reviews mentioned the thickness felt a little thin for larger gaps, and you’ll want to make sure your surface is clean and absolutely dry before sticking it down. I ended up keeping it because it did exactly what I needed at a great price, and it’s easy to trim and install. My tip: clean the frame thoroughly with alcohol, let it air dry, then press the foam firmly for 30 seconds so it really bonds.

Used it in my car to fix the dash rattle, and it worked like a charm! Awesome stuff. Super sticky and durable adhesive.

I used the seal on both the doggy door and house to garage door. So far so good. It certainly cut down on the noise at the doggy door as previously I just jammed the slider against the dog door panel. The EPDM foam has a strong adhesive that feels secure after you press it into place. It also compresses well and doesnt affect door closure. I also noticed a drop in bugs intruding into the house. I have only had them for a couple months so durability is TBD. Note, the pictures make it look wide no matter what size you select. The insulation tape worked great on my deer stand. I used it to seal around the windows and doors. Very easy to use.

Yes! Now this really works , well it slows and stops the draft from coming through the crack around the sash and door, and it stays in place.

I have not implemented it in my home project to install a Vent via a Window in which this weatherstripping is expected to keep the elements out of my home's inside.
