Got a chance to finally use the rain coat on my black lab/border collie mix. It fits her very well and is completely water resistant. I bought another variation of this coat for my younger pitbull/German Shepherd mix and have had it for three years now and it is still in amazing shape and keeps water off of her. I highly recommend these coats as they are very well made and last a long time.

My dog was not a fan but I WAS lol. The quality is outstanding! Thick material to stand the rain and I love the glow strip for when it’s dark outside. It’s a little big so it’s not the best for smaller dogs. I had to put a tie on the front flap so my dog won’t step on it while walking. Outside of that, it’s great. And I have a shihtzu for reference!

The material had a nice thickness that won't rip easily, not too hot and repels water. The length was perfect as expected. The hood even fit. There are straps to put the hind legs in which are easy to use. The belly strap didn't stay gripped with the Velcro. Very cute design, and my great pyrenese left it on and looked comfortable.

Fits perfectly, easy to put on, well-made, and keeps most of his body dry.

My mixed breed puppy outgrew her previous raincoat, and I could see that she was increasing in length. I wanted as much of her body covered as possible. So I chose an XL coat for my 40 pound pup.It fits just like I wanted. The hood makes a generous collar to protect her neck. (She does not wear the hood over her head.) Part of her tail is covered.She is slim enough that the two sides almost come together at her belly - plenty of protection from splashes and mud. But I have to be creative to latch the coat. I put a simple harness on top (keeps the coat tight and I prefer a front leash attachment.) Then I combine the harness strap under her with the raincoat's velcro strap. She stays dry.I also like the generous 'skirt' at the front. Her front legs are unrestricted so she can run and leap. And the elastic straps for the back legs keep the coat centered.I guess the pocket on the back is mostly decorative; I can't imagine needing to put anything in there.I would buy this again

This is such a cute rain jacket, however the design of the sides makes water drip down onto the side of my dog (he is a larger breed). Basically only covers the top. The leash hole has also significantly ripped by the second use, its way too far down from the collar.

I like the quality of the material of this raincoat but I didn't like a few things and I wished the company could change the design to make it better. The head covering is too small for a pitbull dog head and the least that goes aroun the legs were made with cheap material. A wider head covering with an elastic bungee would suit many dog types of head shape. For this reason I am giving a 4/5 star.
