Bought these for a bunch of Girl Scouts who were going to be doing mosaic projects and they loved all the different sizes and shapes and the brightness of the colors When we opened the package, all of the pieces were in great condition.

I used these for a kids craft project for our history class. We were learning about mosaics and created our own mosaics at the end of the lesson. These pieces were very easy to work with and the colors were really pretty. Regular white school glue worked wonderfully on these tiles. I liked how the pieces were separated by shape, because it helped kids easily find what they were looking for based on what design they wanted to do. The only downside was that we had significantly more square pieces than triangles and rhombus, but both of those shapes were big hits. I would have liked more of those sizes in the "Mixed Shape" set. But in all, the kids loved the project and were willing to use what they had to make some really neat mosaics!

The different shapes are good -- triangles, squares, rectangles, parallelograms. Most of the colors are bright - red, yellow, orange, green, some shades of blue, except for the deep deep reddish-brown ones, which are almost opaque. I pull those out and discard them. These are very dusty in the bag -- be sure to wash or rinse and dry them before using them in your projects.

True to size and transparent! I appreciate the thickness (about 3mm) and there were a total of eight colors but a variety of shades for each. A handful of tiles were not fully cut or came broken but the majority are intact and uniform. I would recommend not handling the tiles right out of the bag due to the amount of glass dust! The oranges and reds are hard to tell apart and there were more of some colors than others, but I am buying more bags as the tiles themselves look like they'll work for my mosaic project! Side note, the clear tiles also came in shades, so I separated them into their respective colors (i.e. clear yellow) and only put the truly clear ones in their own container.

These glass pieces have many pros as well as cons. The lots are far to small to be able to create anything substantial. My point here is that I try to create art pieces worth keeping and doing this requires enough material. The quantity of pieces one receives from these offerings is minimal like a few handfuls that is it. So in order to get enough material it can be very expensive. Selling these small lots I understand is a marketing strategy. It keeps their storefront listing price low but C'mon artists can't be expected to create masterpieces with mere handfuls of paint. These Glass pieces served my purpose well Just wish I didn't have to keep ordering more (3 times) in order to finish one item.

The product was fine. My only complaint is the box it arrived in. This is a gift for my nieces. The box is a plain brown box with no description or markings. I had to check my order history to find out what it was.

I bought these glass pieces for a window mosaic project, and they worked extremely well. The colors are vibrant, and they look absolutely gorgeous when the sunlight shines through — exactly the effect I was going for! They’re smooth with no sharp edges, which made them easy and safe to handle. I used UV resin as an adhesive, and it worked perfectly to hold everything in place on glass. One thing to note: there was a bit of glass dust in the bag, so I’d recommend sifting or rinsing them before use. Also, they had a slightly greasy feel straight out of the package not a huge issue, just something to be aware of. I wouldn’t recommend using Mod Podge spray on them either it reacted badly to whatever coating they used and ruined the texture on the surface. Overall, though, they’re beautiful pieces and really brought my project to life. I’d definitely buy them again for future Art projects!
