As usual it arrived - on time and in top condition.

The Plant arrived well packed in a long cardboard box. It comes in a black plastic pot, you will need to add your own as I did, luckily the supplied pot just fitted into an existing ceramic container I already had. I added pebbles to the pot at the base to give it stability. When the plant arrived some of the leaves were creased. I used a pair of ceramic hair straighteners to smooth out the creased leaves. You have to be extremely careful, and extremely quick to "iron" the leaves, otherwise the plastic stalks on the back of the leaves will melt against the straightener. Say a quick pull through of the creased leaf of around 1 second, enables you to smooth the leaf, without melting the plastic. I have attached a picture of the back of a leaf to give you an idea of what I mean. But on my plant I really had to do this to get the fantastic result you see in the pictures. The branches are wired, so you need to gently pull each branch out and bend it into position. I would guess it took me over an hour to iron the creased leaves, and bend the branches out, but I think the result is stunning. This is a great product, which I think looks fantastic.
