One of girls best friends is her flat iron!! I have a lot of loose wavy baby hairs that drive me crazy especially on a humid day in Hawaii!! I flat iron my hair a lot, it’s probably not good but I need to or my hair curls up everywhere!! My other flat iron hasn’t been heating up good so before it fully broke I start looking for a new one!! I’ve learned my lesson buying cheap ones, they don’t last long, I’ve thrown away 20 to 30 dollar ones from Walmart and amazon so picking one in a higher price range was what I was going for, I paid 200 for my last one at the mall, that lasted 2 years but I wasn’t willing to go that high again.. this one had decent reviews so I thought I’d chance it... crossing my fingers!Quality is nice, it’s actually pretty heavy so I assume its made of good quality material! I like the LCD screen, my last one didn’t have that!! There is a really good finger grip that is so needed cause I’ve lost grip of a flat iron before and gotten burnt so I like that added feature! Temp goes high but I don’t ever set it at 400 let alone 450 degrees and I don’t know who actually does!!? ...My experience using this is as expected it flat ironed as my other one did when it was still working!! The one thing that stood out about this one was the little comb built into the iron part, i watched as I was flattening my hair, I could see it neatly separating my hair as it was flattening! I would’ve never thought to add a comb on a flat iron! Smart!!The steamer feature honestly maybe a little over rated cause my hair came out looking the same as if I didn’t use steam... it just made noise more than anything... but worked out!However this as a flat iron in itself with or without any steam is great!! It is not cheaply made cause I’m picky and if it was it would’ve went right back to where it came from!The price was within my budget range, flattened quickly since it is wide enough to fit more hair than my last!! So I can say I am pleased with this flat iron and I really hope it can give me 2 years of fully functioning... which seems to be the life span of all my others so if it can reach 2 years old without any issues I would totally buy it again since I’d be familiar with it already!!

Love this iron! Leaves hair silky smooth! Easy to use. Really thought it would let out a lot of steam but it doesn’t at all. Not sure whether or not that’s a bad thing or a good thing 🤔 I do wish the port to add the water was bigger so the process of filling would be quicker. Also I wasn’t sure if the item I had brought was used prior to my purchase because something about the plastic areas looked worn. But other than that I really love it!

Positive:Works great. Hair is straight, soft and shines. It’s a miracle!Negative: Lock button and temp are in an awkward spot at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s fine.Water evaporates pretty fast and have to unplug to refill.The good definitely outweighs the bad... very happy with this purchase.

This is my second time buying because not because it broke or anything but because I let my mom try it and some how I never received it back. Parents I tell you. I absolutely love this product. It straighten all types of hair. The steam helps straighten the hair.

Ensure it is on the steam setting and your hair will look like you came out of the salon. However, the comb feature in the iron has a tendency to fall out and is extremely hot so ensure it doesn't fall on you and or there are no little ones around you when doing your hair. Great product worth every penny.

Returned this item. It was larger than expected

I recently started using this straightener after purchasing in January. First use, I noticed the tank leaked--after messing around with it, I was able to get it to stop and product worked great. Second use, without warning, the tank leaked and the straightener popped, fizzled and started to smoke (filled my bathroom with the electrical fire smell). I unplugged the straightener and haven't been brave enough to try it out again-I am sure if my hand had made contact n the right spot, I might not have been able to write this review. Too bad these design flaws are life threatening--it could be a great product, but you are definitely at risk by using it. Not worth the 50 dollars paid to use it twice--very disappointed and I will be looking into warranty on this one. I honestly don't feel safe having another one shipped to me for use.

I got this for my wife and it's everything that she wanted cuz there's a maxi curling iron and those things are super expensive. But this right here does the trick it does everything the Maxi Flatiron does and some more.
