Perfect
Well made, all parts (except hose, naturally) brass. Well packaged & speedy delivery. Everything included for assembly & installation (even a roll of ptfe tape!). Looks great. Very easy to use and set/maintain temperature. Wish I'd bought this one first time round as it's such an improvement on many others.

Beautiful shower excellent customer service
I absolutely love this shower. Really good quality and finish and looks much more expensive than it was.Initially there was a problem with my first order but the customer service I received was outstanding and I got a replacement sent out within 2 days. They responded to me very quickly and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I would definitely order again .

Not great
Looks great but is an absolute pain to assemble and install. Took hours to join the up pipe into the extension. Also when fully install is opening some gaps around the diverter, hopefully it won't leak. (haven't test it yet), also the pipe covers are a bit smaller then uk standard so it you have a shower fixing kit won't cover it... Not really worth the hassle when you need a day to install it and I've been on the trade for quite awhile. I should have paid a bit more for something more decent.

Not the best!
Have only had it installed for 8 months, and only used for approx 6 months but coating has started to come off already, there's also no adjustment to the spray pattern on the head. We've had to block some of the holes on the head to get better pressure, still not good. Temperature control isn't good as you either get boiling hot or freezing cold!! 😄It's useable, but if you're looking for something that has better 'scope' than this...look elsewhere!!

Trickle of water.
Looks lovely but the water is so slow. It’s not the system at fault as the previous shower was much more powerful. I can’t get in contact with the seller hence the review.

Very elegant and easy to install. Once the bathroom is finished I Will come back with a picture to see it on wall. Amazing.worth it
