Best fans on Amazon right now for the price!!
I recently purchased the Sahara P35 case which arrives with 4 of these fans pre-installed and a fan controller. To be on the safe side I ordered a separate fan here for ยฃ4.99. Theyโre awesome fans so below find my review.I honestly cannot overstate how impressed with these fans I am. They do not in any way shape or form look cheap. The fans themselves are 120mm matte black plastic with a clear ring around the edges to house 12 RGB lights each. If you buy the more expensive version of Saharaโs P35 case it will come with 4 of these fans pre-installed, a fan hub and an IR blaster all for ยฃ70. However, should you buy them individually off Amazon they are a mere ยฃ4.99. I find this absolutely insane. For the price of just 1 RGB fan from a make like Corsair youโre getting 4 fans from Sahara with just as sophisticated level of lighting control. If they didnโt have the Sahara sticker on them youโd be forgiven for mistaking them as Corsairโs.Using the remote you can access two speeds. On the slowest speed they are completely silent and all I can hear is the fan from my CPU cooler. On the faster one they are clearly audible however they do a very good job regarding airflow. Obviously, you cannot control them via software, but using the provided remote I actually think I prefer it this way. (Also, do note that these donโt connect to your motherboard so the speed will entirely depend on what you set it to be).The fans have 55 different lighting effects that would be far too much to explain in one review. Using either the remote or the control hub installed behind the back panel the fans can be changed in colour (8 colours), speed (2 settings plus auto), effect (8 settings), mode and the ability to pause any effect. Thereโs already a few demonstrations of this on YouTube which is what convinced me to get the case and fans in the first place so check them out. These fans are especially good if you are looking for a true white colour. In all lighting environments they pull a white colour very well.If you get the P35 there is an RGB button on the front panel of the case however as far as I know it only changes the colour swapping between the 8 presets and cannot control effects, so stick to the included remote. (If you are using a different case the remote should also be fine). I only have one complaint about Saharaโs fans and thatโs that the additional fan I purchased had some chips on the edges of the blades as if theyโd been dropped before being assembled. This problem was only present on this one fan though so itโs likely not a large problem.Edit: I also forgot to mention that the fan controller hub draws all its power using a molex connector as opposed to a 6 or 8 pin connection. I had to use a simple converter that takes molex female and converts it into a 6 pin connector that plugs into your PSU. It should be no big deal and my power supply came with a molex converter however if yours doesnโt you can probably get one from Amazon for under ยฃ5.In conclusion. Absolutely amazing value for money here. I plan on buying 3 more fans to complete a set of 9 inside my case as they look stunning. The fan hub supports up to 10 fans so if youโre using effects it will flow across all of them in order.>> By the way, since Sahara only released these in March (these are there first fans to support their first PC case) I think Iโm the only person to have reviewed it here. Donโt let that put you off!! Check it out on YouTube. I for one am eagerly awaiting to see what Sahara brings out next!! <<

Great but not quite excellent
I purchased the Sahara P75 case with these fans in and ordered a further two for my new water cooled radiator and there lies the only problem. Due to the large cone nose on the front of these fans they can only be fitted to the radiator in one direction, blowing warm air from inside the case out through the radiator and out of the case. Although this is not a massive problem as so called experts are still divided on which way is best for radiators, sucking or blowing. The display from these fans is awesome letting you choose an almost endless choice of colours and patterns, on or off function, (no idea why) and speeds although all I managed to get was very slow or very fast. The fan itself is as quiet as a mouse with the only sound being the air flow which in very slow mode is so quiet it would not be out of place in a library. Be warned though, these fans will only operate with the Sahara fan controller which will let you connect up to ten fans. For this reason and for added cooling I have purchased a further three fans to take my total up yo the maximum, ten.The only reason this fan does not get the full five stars from me is the bulbous nose cone, other than that these are a great item for people who love colour.

Not bad, not great!
I got these to match a build, I don't like the cone on one side, so can't reverse mount. Also lights like the duo might look better. Wires seem a bit cheap, and might snap or break off if not handled carefully and ran without pinching or you could be in trouble. I also broke a blade off while installing with a bit to much pressure with my thumb when installing ๐. IMO, better fans out there for same money, but for what they are, they do the job well enough๐๐ป

Cheap, colourful and quiet but a little unbalanced and only work with their own RGB controller.
These are nice fans and combined with their own make RGB controller make real nice effect. They are also real quiet on low mode but be warned they do seem a little unbalanced and you can see a slight wobble when their in operation. Also these can only be mounted one way on the top and rear of the pc case due to the cone in the centre of the fan sticking out

Surpassed my expectations
ok, some fans with some garish LED's in for a fiver? They can't be any good....WOW, I was quite mistaken, the colours are warm and vibrant, but best of all they produce a good airflow despite their low noise level. With the controller board they can be set to near silent (hope you fitted an SSD or that hard drive will annoy you!), or they can be set to other performance levels. As someone who isn't impressed by gimmick LED's the patterns that they do are also surprisingly enjoyable, I found myself using one of the patterns by default, but I'm also happy that there is a one button off option for the lights for when I want to get right of the lights.Overall an outstanding product that I'd recommend to PC builders of all budgets.

Good fans
I bought these recently for a new build for my eldest son.I paired them with the pirate cpu cooler and control box. They all synced perfectly and the fans have loads of colour options and effects. They seem to provide good airflow and are doing a good job at keeping temps in check.I will be using them again in future builds due to the ease of syncing up a system at a fair price.

Average to low performance
They look good but that's where good things kind of end, poor airflow, I have 3 of these as exhaust and they do the job, a 1 or 2 exhaust set up won't do it, the controller which is sold separately has only a full throttle or silent mode, no in between, average to low performance, but yeah, they look cool, my system is having 6 case fans. 3 Sahara fans as exhaust and 3 Arctic intake fans and probably that's why I haven't ran into heat problems. Buy only if you are going to have many fans.
