pure Hing-alternate to garlic
helps relieve bloating, and vomiting. the smell is very strong and should be taken in very little quantities 1/4th of a teaspoon. we can add this in cooking instead of garlic especially garbanzo beans and lentils, high-fiber food. helps in digestion. good quality.
