Got it Here
I found a recipe for an item I love that needed tapioca flour. Having never seen it at my grocery, I searched Amazon, and received my flour. It made the gooiest, cheesiest, most wonderful “biscuit” ever. I need to order more!

Perfect For Gluten Free Baking
I used this recently for making zucchini tortillas and while they didn't taste like flour tortillas the tapioca flour was fresh and pure and worked well as a binder and flour substitute. I don't bake gluten free products because I am gluten free but because I enjoy trying new and different ideas in the kitchen. Tapioca flour is always in my pantry for that reason and Naturevibe is my first choice.

Horrible !!!
This consistency was nothing like flour, More like corn meal, Gritty and tasted very old! Messed up the whole batch of my Brazilian cheese bread. I had waited to get all the ingredients together and buy all the utensils to make this very special bread and I must say I will never ever buy this product again !

Worked great, not as fine as others
I mostly use this in a gluten free a breading blend (fried chicken) and it works great for that. However, if you’re baking with this be aware that it’s coarser than other brands I’ve used. I’m used to something with the consistency of powdered sugar/cornstarch and this is closer to something like granulated sugar.

Tapioca Starch
This product isn't as "snow white" as other tapioca powders I've used in the past, so I was a little confused at first. It looks more like an extremely fine flour more than it looks like corn starch or arrowroot powder. But I've now used it to thicken a sauce, make some bread and in some cookies. It works beautifully and is a good deal for the $$.

Coarse Grind
I use tapioca flour for Brazilian cheese balls but my local store doesn’t stock it. Bought from Amazon but it isn’t a very fine milled flour which seems necessary for the consistency and cohesion of cheese balls. Taste seems off as well. Just saying…

Fine texture
This is a great tapioca flour. The texture is light and fluffy and perfect for my kitchen needs. It has a finer texture than the previous brand I have purchased, which I am pleased.
