I absolutely love this product, I have noticed a big shift in my energy level when I take them and when I don’t I can tell I’m sluggish. This particular brand was recommended to me by a good friend who swears by it for lifting fogginess and forgestfulness. It also comes in kosher capsules which are hard to find! The quality seems excellent so far; after taking it for a week I feel a bit more focused and I hope the health benefits are true because the quality seems great.

The product is fine other than I had multiple in each bottle of the three bottles that I bought where the capsules were cracked or separated or busted leaving the lions mane loose in the bottle it was a mess to get the non broken/cracked/capsules out. I don’t like the taste that’s why I buy the caplets and I would not cared other than for the messiness. Going back to the other brand I used to use. Yes she would be it was caplets stay together and it was an all three of the three that I ordered for this brand I would not recommend due to messiness.

This product is great for your brain and focusing on important items that need to be done

A soft version of caffeine but only lasts for short period didn't notice any side effects for single dosing.
