I really love this product. No strange smell and so easy to take. I just add it to my daily smoothly. I used to use bovine (didn’t agree with me), but this marine collagen seems to be gentler and my hair and nails look great! Best of all, my dodgy knee is 90% better, no longer need ibuprofen gel on it anymore.

I like that actually does what it says on the package , my skin is superb ! Is bright much tighter and not only my face I notice the difference in all my body . I am on my 3rd bottle and definitely I will stuck to it . The capsules are soft and easy to swallow .

I am taking this supplement purely because I suffer from Carpal tunnel on my wrists from cycling to work. I had terrible strain and loss of feeling in my fingers. I noticed my knees and hips would ache quite a lot and had to do something about it. After reading about the benefits and relief of joint and muscle pain I was happy to give it a go. Genuinely, it's improved my symptoms. I felt so great within 2 weeks that I forgot to take them regularly, but noticed that taking them regularly and daily is the secret. Not to mention the other benefits - hair, skin, wrinkles etc. I can't say I have noticed those improving (yet) but for the reason for which I am taking it - it's certainly working which is why I give them an overall 4 stars. Only let down is, I feel they are quite expensive and taking four a day works out at around 1-month use.

After trying multiple brands, this was a godsent. I can't believe it's not available for a while now :-( Tried a couple different ones but cannot compare with this. Whilst i was taking these, it eased my back pain and got rid of the pain on my knees. This product should be back on market asap..

I have to say I am so happy I found these! In a world with loads of different collagen options, I bought these as part of a prime day, so got them for a little bit less. I liked the fact I wasn't just taking Collagen, but also Vitamin, Biotin etc. I was very sceptic, but about a week or so after I started taking them (and i only started as now I am 40, I thought I should take Collagen, but actually thought collagen was a bit of a scam..) my lower back pain was gone.. I have had lower back pain for years, and nothing was getting rid of it (and I visited a lot of expensive osteopaths). I didn't think it was the collagen, so I stopped taking it for a couple of days, and boom.. lower back pain returned.. I restarted, and it went again.. I am so thankful I found this. I decided that as this was Marine Collegen, and read that Bovine was better, I thought i would try Bovine.. but it wasn't as good as this.. So thank you so much to whoever makes this, you have changed my life..

Early days yet, but so far signs are looking good, my hair definitely has more shine to it, and feels stronger overall. Hair fall is definitely reduced too. As I say, still early but so far I'd definitely recommend these.

I have been taking these religiously for a month now and they have made no difference to my skin or nails! I used to buy silica on its own from Solgar and they worked amazingly well but wanted a combination capsule as my skin is starting to look it’s age but they don’t make a difference to either skin or nails unfortunately. I had high hope because the packaging looks great and very professional but was sadly dissatisfied.

I would say regarding the product that it is too early to see any massive improvements as I am only taking them one a day. However I have noticed that my skin is not as dry as it was before. Nevertheless I still feel and hope it needs more time. Also I did not notice any side effects, neither bad taste nor any difficulty with swallowing the capsules, even though they are a bit large.
