My daughter uses hers for her school lunches. I wasn't sure how well they would hold heat in so I made sure her soup was really hot when I put it in. She opened it 4 1/2 hours later at lunch and it was too hot to eat!From then on, I put in warm and it stays that way! She had one day when she wasn't very hungry so didn't eat her goulosh and when she got home I emptied it and it was STILL warm!

my cup arrived Brocken with a big crack on the lid. now my food no longer stays warm. I bout one of these last week it was good and very warm when my food was inside. this cup with a crack was cold when I got to lunch time. I don't recommend this product so buy at your own risk.

It has a nice design and its doing the job. I would recommend it to a friend.

These are great. The mouth is wide and makes eating out of it easy. I used for my kids lunches and the food is always hot. The only downside is it is handwash, but with the wider mouth it's easy.
