A surprising benefit to useing this product was better eyesight I guess because it creates more red blood cells which means increased oxygen to your brain it was also great for my stretch marks I would say better then vitamin E oil even

Good for regularity, but pricey.
This oil is able to be consumed raw, but to avoid any stomach trouble (like nausea) if you are prone to it, eat something before or after consumption. I found this to be easier on my stomach for bowel regularity than any other form of constipation medication or fiber supplement. You can take this once a day as well, so there is no poisoning issue like the kind you find with mineral oil laxatives, of which can only be used maybe once a week or month. True, this product IS pricey for how little you get, but that's about the only complaint I have.

It arrived fast. It has a very nice taste and smell. I add a spoonful in my soups/salads daily to fortify my bones. I wish the price were lower though...

Achtung - wie es schon bei einer anderen Rezensentin der Fall war, ist auch bei mir ein ranziges Öl angekommen, obwohl der Sicherheitsring intakt und das Ablaufdatum noch nicht erreicht war!
