Leaks around glass, no support from VELUX. 2 houses, 2 skylight each, All leaked.

Awesome Skylight
Brings in tons of light. Had 3 layers of protection. Skylight, flashing, (head pan, bottom pan, and tape to wrap it with called underpayment.) You have to buy the flashing kit separately because there is one for a shingled, one for tile, and one for a metal roof. Their company has a 10 year no leak warranty that covers labor if you use their VELUX flashing. Brings in tons of light until about 7pm. Keeps our den in our condo lit until the evening.
