I have this on my 20 gallon Glofish tank. It hooked easily to the lid and the size fits perfectly. I love the remote, it’s easy to switch colors. Has a large variety of color options and the blue light is perfect for the Glofish. Great price for the quality.

Why is nice and bright the colors are beautiful, but the suction cups are not that great

Great lights that can be very bright. I put the light on the outside to mute out some of the light. (Color shown is yellow)-5gallon tankCon-Sometime remote does not respond like it should. Overall good for the price

I have a 10 gallon tank and led lights on it burnt out. Even though this is submersible I chose to mount it under the hood due to my filter being a hang on. The suction cups stuck right to the lid and the lights/colors are amazing. Just the white light makes my fish colors pop. Would highly recommend this light.

Light bar worked great for our aquarium. Light is bright and has water proof housing. The one we got (27”) has 40 LEDs, creates lighting across entire 34” tank. Remote is directional but works well for changing color and intensity. Suction cups mounted to plastic lid of tank without any problems. Very pleased so far. Wish the color changing mode would be slower or could be adjustable.

I bought a 15" light for my 36-gallon tall freshwater tank and mounted it just under the surface of the water, on the backside of the tank, to shine down into the aquarium. This has been a great light to supplement my LED hood light but I wouldn't want it as my only tank light. The white color isn't very bright and doesn't provide enough light for daytime settings by itself. Perhaps it would be OK if you had two of them.I do like the extra white light that this provides during the day and especially like the dark blue for nighttime light. My hood light has blue LEDs but they require throwing a physical switch so I have my hood light on a timer and leave this LED strip on all the time. When the hood light goes out, I leave the tank on the dimmer white light of this fixture for a short period and then manually switch it to blue for the overnight.The dimmer feature is great and allows me to dim the nightlight down before I go to bed to give the fish some darker tank time. The other colors are fun to play with but I think the color-changing and strobe features are a bit much for the fish to handle so they don't get used.My only complaint with this light is the remote control. It is cheaply made and the facing is peeling away from the plastic housing after only a week of occasional use (see pic). It also won't work if you're more than four feet away from the sensor. Make sure you put the sensor (attached to the power cord) somewhere outside of your aquarium enclosure so that the IR signal can communicate from the remote to the sensor. If it's buried inside your aquarium cabinet, you will have to open the cabinet to control the light.Overall, worth the price but I won't be surprised if this remote quits working before long. If it does, I will update this review
