Copper Power (Endich) ACP0016G Green Treatment for Freshwater, 16-Ounce

One if my African cichlid tanks has had something going on for months and everything I tried, wasn't curing them , just keeping them alive. I finally decided to try copper, which I wanted to avoid due to testing, dosing ect. I've tried Copperaid befor with no luck. This product is a lifesaver. Within 10 min of dosing, stuff just started falling off my fish. Stuff that I never could see. A free had lost their color and by the next day, they where regsing all their color and eating up a storm. I will NEVER hesitate to use copper again.This is easy to use and my fish are active and eating normally. Knowing your PH GH and KH is CRUCIAL to using copper, my tap is 8.3 BUT my Gh is 3 KH 1. If I went by just my PH and didn't buffer my tank, this and ay copper would've killed everyone long story short. I'm beyond pleased and relieved I found and used this because nothing else was working.

Works great in a isolation tank but is ineffective in an outdoor pond. The UV light from partial sun exposure and the warm climate of Florida evaporates this stuff to quickly to stay in the water long enough to treat the issues you are dosing the water for. I could not keep the copper level above .5 ppm in a 200 gal pond after dumping two bottles in. It worked great when I placed this stuff in a hospital 5 gal tank I use to treat fish. Would love to use this stuff but it is to expensive to keep using in the outdoor pond. Iron levels stayed at 1 ppm for only a day and began to dramatically drop until their was no detectable copper in the water after 2 days.

This was recommended by my aquarium maintenance co “tank me later LLC”.I had some Ich show up when I added some fish and this treated the tank.Worked as described.

Works grate, you can keep your carbon working and have protections for months, especially if you don't do to frequent maintenance or if you go on vacation.

The only thing that works without killing my fish...

Was in a hurry to order and didn't read the bottle as it says green right on the bottle but the picture was a blue liquid... So waste of money for me as I cannot use it with marine fish...
