Anndason 10PCS Toggle Latch Clamp 4001

I used these to replace the worn out hold downs on my 1978 El Camino Fiberglass topper. they work better than the originals that I was always having to fix. Tighter, less play and easier to latch. A little smaller than I anticapated but very strong.

Latches work great and fully adjustable

4 stars because they don't come with screws and the holes in the hooks aren't beveled so the wood screws will lay flat. We have a kitchen table that the leaves kept pulling apart on. There were no clamps on it, but the "levelers" used to have enough friction to hold and they no longer did the job. There were easy to install and I really like the adjustment capability. Makes it a breeze to keep the right amount of pressure on the clamps. It would have been nice to have screws supplied (luckily I'm a pack rat so I had enough) and the hook piece holes should be beveled so wood screws lay flat. The clamp has a tendency to catch on the screw heads so it's not as easy to unhook them. Overall a great way to keep the leaves together. Certainly better than the ones that turn and seem to always become loose over time.

These are great for the price. As long as you don't want or need them to lock these are perfect. Easy to install and very adjustable. I did add a locking nut to the adjustment arm. It's my opinion that it should have come with a locking nut...but, they're 5 cents at the hardware store

Well made

Used to securely hold table leaves together. Works like a charm. The only improvement I could recommend is to include screws.

These are very small and very light duty. Wanted for latching feed bins but are not strong enough to do so. Not good for applications with movement in the surface as it lets them easily detach even when super tight.

I bought these to seal up my new smoker. After installing a gasket on the grill lid, I had a small gap where the gasket was stopping it from fully closing. These latches do the trick perfectly. They're sturdy and solid, and really good a deal for the money. I only needed 2 but other similar latches were more expensive just for 2 pieces, so I gave em to my other friends with smokers. I knew they didn't include the screws so I got a pack of #10 self-driving metal screws from Lowe's, 1/2in length worked just fine. Now with gaskets all around and these bad boys securing the hatch, my smoker is sealed up like a submarine. Definitely recommend!
