This mug was not what I expected, but I guess that is my fault for not reading description better. This mug is black. It stays black until you put something hot in it and then it turns and off-white color with the saying displayed. However, it's not all that easy to get the mug to turn white and doesn't stay white for long. Since the saying could be considered offensive, I guess perhaps it's a good thing - just not what I expected.

Not happy at all and not what I expected. Didn't know the cup changed colors starts out jet black and turns white vut not like the pictures either and not for long. Guess I should have looked through the pictures but doesn't stay white for long.

writing was so light you could not even see it!! had to throw away
