Beautiful fixture if customer service existed
Fixture is gorgeous and much easier than most to install crystals. Worth the money. The problem is the customer service does NOT respond to any of the forms of contact they provide. Took weeks for them to get back to us regarding the first of 2 not sitting flush to the ceiling. Finally my husband found a better fix that didn't visually show. Now that I had time to add the crystals, we have no response to the 6 pieces I need that are either wrong or damaged. Have waited another two weeks and no response again. Totally a 5 star item if I could get the darn things hung in less than a month

Perfect in a black bedroom.
The media could not be loaded. I love this chandelier. It was easy to installbut it took a little time to hang all the crystals. The ad said it was used but it was clean with no damage and packaged like it was new. The box was a little scruffy but who cares. Its awesome and gives off an ethereal kind of light with the low watt led bulbs I used. Im very happy with this purchase.

Pretty cool
It’s easy to install with regards to the electrical side of it but once the ceiling plate is up and secured and all the wirings are wired correctly, it’s a bit pain in the (behind) because you have to hang the “crystals one by one. It is also satisfying when you’re done after installing all your bulbs.Note: bulbs are not included and it’s better to buy first.

Beautiful and stunning Chandeliers!!
I bought two, one for my kitchen area nook and the other for my dinning area. These are stunning Chandeliers. Buy them & hire an expert to install them just right. I love the crystals, they shine bright!

Very nice
I love this Chandelier. It looks so nice in my walk in closet. It was a little time consuming to put together, so have patience, but once it’s up it looks very nice.
