So easy to bake perfect loaves of bread.
Bought this while self isolating, took a while to arrive but due to current circumstances will not say anything bad about delivery.The packaging has instructions on the back for an electric mixer using the dough hook attachment.I don't have a mixer so did it all by hand. The instructions are for baking 3 loaves so just divided all the measurements by 3 to bake 1 loaf.Placed the kneaded dough into a small (buttered) loaf tin and put in my oven to rise. My oven has a setting for rising dough. Left it in till doubled in size, then removed from oven and turned oven on.Baked following the on pack instructions and ended up with a great tasting and looking loaf of bread.Having not baked since being a lot younger I found this product so easy to use and have baked several more loaves since. Also adds a nice smell in the kitchen.

Easy to use. Tastes great!
So easy to use. We mixed it with some plain white flour to give it a more 50/50 taste to satisfy the whole family. I liked it both ways. Delicious taste. Used it in the bread maker machine. Had a nice texture and rise. So good we bought more and are continuing to make fresh bread even after lockdown.

Excellent quality flour
I bought this product during lockdown as it was difficult to get hold of bread flour.It's easy to use, bread comes brilliantly, both in hand and in bread maker. Recommend!

Easy.
Easy to make in food processor. Tasted wonderful & the smell is amazing. Lasted a good few days when stored in airtight container.

COULDN'T BE EASIER
For anyone going back to baking bread after a long time or new to trying this is the perfect product by good old McDougalls. Makes reliable wholemeal bread - I used my Kenwood processor. No need to double rise. Just the once after mixing for about 6 minutes in my machine. Even has hints and tips for a good results like using steam in the oven for first 10 mins. Easy peasy. Would recommend.
