Live this product and have enjoyed cooking with it everyday. Just wished it came a size larger and had a lid. Then my life would be perfect. Lol. But it is a great piece and I enjoy using it.

Very Nice Product
Very nice product - better than I was expecting. The packaging was over the top! It took a couple minutes to cut away all of the bubble wrap.Although there was a seasoning instruction sheet included - it was intended for Pallea pans and not Cazuela pans. I found instructions on the web and these are now properly cured.

Great for shrimp scampi
I bought it to make authentic gambas a la plancha con ajo. ( Shrimp Scampi.Love it! Compact made an individual paella.

I own another such cazuela and the one purchased from Amazon is mediocre at best. The one I own , yes more rustic, however, is heavier and as such holds more heat for cooking.
