Good for automated grind coffee machines
Automated grind and brew machines need dry / no oil beans - these are good and dry and makes great coffee

Reasonably priced light roast, organic blend
I am very happy with this premium organic blend. It has a crisp, aromatic, South or Central American taste. It is truly a light roast (it can be harder to find a genuine light roast coffee than might be supposed). To be perfectly honest, I did not order this specific coffee, Amazon decided to ship it to me either by accident or because they thought I would be happy with this slight alternative to my order. I actually ordered the single-origin Nicaraguan light roast but Amazon said it might take up to 2 months for delivery since it was not in stock. I ordered a lot of other coffee from other companies because of the delivery estimate. But surprise: this premium light roast blend arrived in about 48 hours. It tastes very similar to the Nicaraguan blend I ordered from this company previously, which I also rate at 5 Stars (it probably has a Nicaraguan component although this is not specified on the bag). I can understand how the people at the Amazon warehouse may have figured this was a good compromise and with current inflation, it would be hard to accurately price international coffee 2 months out.

Good Stuff!
Tiny Footprint Coffee Organic Signature Blend Light Roast - Whole Bean Coffee is a delicious brew. They tell of all sorts of "save the planet" efforts they make, but I like that it's roasted in Minnesota (rather than being a Chinese import). I go with USDA Organic because of the nasty things coffee is treated with otherwise. It's also a good value - around $13 per pound (up $2 since Nov. 2021), a reasonable price for organic. It's a light roast, which means more caffeine per cup and none of that "burnt" taste that comes from darker roasts. I like it and highly recommend it.

Expect to use 40% more in your brewing
I like the concept, and the price. However, I found that it is necessary to use 40% more coffee to get the same strength of flavor that I'm used to from other roasters. I bought the 3lb bag of light roast at the great price of just under $11 per pound, but figuring in the need to use more coffee for the same brew, it works out to be more like $15 equivalent. Adjusted in this way, it makes a pretty good tasting cup. I won't throw it out, but probably won't reorder either.

Great light brew coffee! Been subscribing to the 2 1 lb bags of beans for over 3 years!
This is a sweet, fragrant, satisfying organic light brew. Great for drip, pour over and especially cold brew. (for French press you might want to use a slightly larger amount of grounds.) If you are used to light/ medium ( hard to find true light) or medium or dark roast coffee this may not appeal to you, we don’t find it acidic (apparently medium or dark roast is supposed to be less acidic) but for us any coffee but organic light roasts tastes bitter and strong and unpalatable and upsets our tummy. Most supposed light roasts are not light and we’ve tried many different organic packaged brands, in fact they usually turn out to be dark.I would recommend getting the 2 1 lb option rather than the 3 lbs because this way it will stay fresh longer and also these come in the paper bags rather than the plastic bag.For some reason Amazon seems to be out of stock of this flavor recently, so I keep having to change my subscribe & save date as this is the item that made me subscribe in the first place! If you have any questions about this environmentally forward brand, their website has a lot of info.

Very sour tasting coffee
I don't like the bitterness of dark roast coffee, so I tried this light roast, but this was very sour tasting to me. The light taste of coffee was over powered by a strange, sour taste. I did not like it at all. I am not sure if this is how light roast coffee is supposed to taste, but it did not do the trick for me. I gave it to my neighbour and he and his friend seem to like it. Just a heads up to those wanting to try the light roast, be prepared for an unusual, sour experience.

Coffee you can't livr without
In the pursuit of a great cup of joe in the mornings that would fit the healthy requirements of being organic I stumbled upon tiny footprint's light roast coffee. At first I did not know what to expect, for it was not my first time ordering various types of organic coffees to see which one was a true great cup of coffee. The packaging was well sealed and as I opened it the aroma of the freshest coffee i had ever smelled filled the air. Keep in mind I'm not a crazy coffee person that uses french presses to make their coffee, but when I brewed this coffee for the first time and added my honey and almond milk to make my morning/afternoon concoction I could not get enough. I was hooked, as a matter of fact I would go to sleep anxiuos for thr next morning to arrive to have my cup of joe. Some would call this an addiction, but it was just the perfect coffee for me. Now this coffee is a "must have" for my morning routine.

Best I've found for french press coffee
I don't consider myself a coffee "connoisseur" by any means, but I can say that this coffee has stood out to me above any others I have tried. As someone who has recently started grinding my own beans and french pressing my coffee, I found this is by far the best for the price. The light roast coffee is very flavorful and works great in my french press..not sure how it would do for espresso since it is light roast. It's fairly well-known that light roast is supposed to have more caffeine and be a little more acidic, but I don't really notice either - it's really balanced. I have tried other popular brands on Amazon (Koffee Kult, etc.), and this one has 1) the best flavor and 2) the best price.I'm going to stick with this one for quite some time - I've been shopping around for a while trying to find something that I really like that's not something ridiculous like $30/lb.
