Really well written and useful - I bought this for my Son who recently became interested in keeping freshwater sharks. Great guide that I'm sure we'll both refer back to this again and again. The chapters on water cycling and chemistry are invaluable as there is a lot of conflicting advice and information scattered around on the internet.

Rubbish - I was expecting an in depth expert guide to keeping sharks but this book is very basic. This book just gives you the basics of a marine aquarium that anybody who has started a marine aquarium will already know and anybody who has a fresh water aquarium will have a good understanding of.As for shark keeping there is nothing in the book that I have not all ready found out by spending 5 mins googleing. In fact I found out a lot more than this this book gives.Hugely disappointing.

Delighted when l found this book as l've been interested in keeping a shark aquarium for some time and l can honestly say this book hasn't disappointed me. I would say this is a 'Must have' for beginners (like me) and experts alike. Well presented and l love that it's easy to follow and packed with much needed information and useful tips. I am now seriously considering purchasing a shark egg for hatching - something l never would have considered until reading this book - very exciting!! A well researched book which covers just about everything you need to know if you are serious about keeping sharks/shark fish.

Really easy to read, bought this for my nephew as he loves sharks and fish in general. Easy to follow advice and we're preparing to buy a tank soon. Could do with a few more pictures to look at but the information itself is great.

Well worth buying - packed with useful information and advice. Would recommend this to anyone interested in sharks fish and considering an aquarium.
