I got these just to have around the workbox, but we have found these to be almost a necessity if we remove any kitchen sinks, no more shoving your hand into tiny spaces or putting extensions on ratchets with a Philips head but stuck in a 1/4 in socket... If you think there's a chance you'll ever have to do anything with a sink YOU NEED THESE. the magnetic grip is okay. Could be just a tad stronger but it's good enough. Also works great for different projects. I've used them a lot as the Philips screwdrivers are the first to disappear. These are too long to go in your pocket so they're accidental employee pocketing resistant lol
