I’ve always had extremely sensitive gums/prone to bleeding/nearing gingivitis from bad brushing habits in the past and sleep apnea (snoring with my mouth open so it caused dryness and led to inflammation). When I heard about this on socials I jumped on it. I had a particularly sore crown that my dentist said was perfectly fine. My gums around it would be so tender and would have shooting pain up to my nose. Within a few days my mouth was much calmer and my gums were less puffy. A few weeks later I ordered a giant jug bc my crown pain was basically gone. It was so painful and made it hard to eat, have anything hot/cold, sleep, and just exist. The taste is pleasant and minty just like any mouthwash. Takes a min a day to keep my mouth happy so it is easy to do.

The price is good, can purchase on Amazon, does have a delivery fee of $5.00 or so.
This mouthwash was recommended by my oral surgeon. Works well and does not taste as bad as other prescription mouthwashes.
