Buy this first before trying the cream stuff!!
I've never had athlete's foot in my life until now (and I've had plenty opportunity to), but I guess wearing the same pair of fuzzy warm slippers all winter whilst working from home because of the pandemic may have caught up with me. This spray brought immediate itch relief upon the first use and now that I've been using it for three days (2x a day) the itching seems to be getting better overall even in between uses. I tried the name brand athletes foot cream before I bought this, and that did nothing for me but make my toes feel greasy and moist (yuck.) The active ingredient in this spray is miconazole nitrate, which is the same thing used in most yeast infection treatments. The active ingredient in the name brand athletes foot cream I used was something else called butenafine hydrochloride. So I'm assuming one might work better than the other depending on your particular foot fungus. I really like this spray powder because it worked immediately to make the area feel cool and dry, and longer term it's definitely getting rid of the problem altogether. Great product. Five stars. Glad I have the extra can in case I need it in the future.

When all else failed...
It’s the miracle I was looking for. I had some kind of jock itch-like situation that was incredibly uncomfortable and spread quite a bit. I tried everything - all the sprays and creams, all the soaps and body washes, prescriptions... nothing worked. Let me say it again for those in this situation: I tried EVERYTHING, and NOTHING worked. This is working and it’s working fast (noticeable difference 4 days later). Be warned that if there’s a broken skin situation, this will sting for a few seconds. Man, will it sting... but that sting goes away quickly, and when the sting stops, so too will the discomfort related to whatever is leading you down this rabbit hole.I’m not in the clear yet, but it’s working quickly and far better than any soap, body wash, cream or spray has. And this has been going on for months.Get it. Don’t think twice. I’ve been where you are right now. Go team.

Handy use for hard to reach Candida on skin folds
Good for Candida, but DON'T use it on your private parts--stings. Seems to work. Helps you reach the hard to reach places on your back, etc. Can overspray. Be conservative when spraying to get the most sprays per bottle!

This stuff is the bomb for getting rid of athletes football
I tried tinactin (but not the kind with powder spray which is what I thought I was getting and Lotrimin ointment first with no real results. Then I purchased this product; this Ting really works (pun intended). I read a recommendation to also soak feet In a Basin with 1 Tablespoon bleach to 2 gallons water for 15 minutes each night and then applied Ting and it was amazing how quickly it worked. Was completely gone in 10 days after struggling for several weeks trying other things. Thanks Ting.

Buy This One
I developed a really, really bad case of jock itch because when it began I had no idea what it was and I aggravated the condition with a steroidal anti-itch cream. After I finally realized what was going on and did some research I began using a generic 1% miconazole nitrate spray from the drug store, which helped a little but wasn't eliminating the jock itch. I finally bought this product which is 2% miconazole nitrate and it has eradicated the jock itch. If this ever happens again I'll go straight to this Ting spray and be done with it. Don't waste your time or money on anything else.

It worked
Got rid of my jock itch quickly. For context I am a 46 year old woman, and yes women can get jock itch as well.

Okay
It does help but an ointment won't rub off as much as the spray does. I still find myself using it a lot .....
