I got my replacement lamp next day from amazon. what yearly service that we paid $139 for. Unfortunately, the lamp itself didn't work as it should. But it's only 3 times less than the other OEM lamp I bought from amazon (>$80) 10 years ago. so what you expect from this cheaper lamp? I am getting what I am asking for.Here are the problems with this FI Lamp:1. Picture cycles on or off. This happens after installing it onto my Sony KDF-E60A20 TV. So the lamp works, but not usable. Putting back the old OEM lamp, it works flawlessly. it shows the new lamp has some problems.2. Picture is darker than my 10 years old OEM lamp. This is the reason I got new lamp in 1st place. I thought after 10 years use, the lamp was getting darker. But the new one is even darker.3. design flaw with this FI lamp, the screw on this lamp cannot be possibly secure against the TV. it's a Philip screw and a bit of short in length compared to the OEM lamp that comes with a hexagonal screw that requires a special screw driver to operate on. Perhaps, this may be the reason that TV' goes on or off periodically.In conclusion, this is no good bulb. Buyers be aware!

This item arrived in excellent condition at my doorstep within two days of my order. It made my television work like new! I'm so glad that I ordered it through Amazon rather than going to a local retailer. I saved a lot of money and it was very easy for my son to install.

It was easy to install; I just did a search on YouTube for "Replacement of projector bulb Sony Wega 60"(along with model number). It immediately gave a brighter picture.The way it was wrapped when I opened the box made me suspicious that I wasn't the first customer to receive this bulb--was it a return? Can't prove it but I'd give it 5 stars if not for that.

Installed this in my old Sony KDF-E60A20 TV solve the problem of the TV picture and sound cycling on and off every few minutes. As per brightness it seems OK but then again I can’t remember what the TV was like when it was new could be exactly the same. There is an indicator light on the front of the TV that’s supposed to come on when the light bulb is bad but it wasn’t on .important to note there is a small fan that’s it right above this light to cool it mine was totally clogged you have to get at this fan from the back of the TV if I didn’t find this problem and clean the fan out the light probably overheat and not last very long

It just blew up, it cracked and then it blew up.

The TV is back in business. Brightness is the same as it was. I recommend this bulb.

I like this product bec.is a lot less cheaper than the original Sony brand but I'm not sure how long this gonna last This is my second lamp purchased for my TV the first one is bought from the Sony store for 229 plus tax but it lasted ten years So far this lamp is works fine in my Sony I hope it will last 10 years too.

Pieces of glass blew from the bulb and filled the housing, see the photo. The original Sony bulb lasted more than 10 years. My previous replacement bulb from Amazon (Boryli) lasted 5 years. This one (FI Lamps) only 3 months. I contacted Amazon about the warranty but so far I got nowhere. Amazon agent gave me a link to a wrong website. I filled out a warranty claim online and it turn out it was a wrong company or department. I called the number they gave me and the agent said they do not deal with warranty. I wrote the seller Klipay and I am waiting for a reply. This is very disappointing!

Easy to replace, working well, the screen looks brighter like new. I hope it will last more than 2 years, bought insurance.
