The media could not be loaded. Lets just start with what's bad..1) it's SLOW, as you can see in the video, the db meter misses one of my snaps and the wind meter takes a bit. but, that's ok for me. I don't really need either to be instant, because i mostly want to know things like the speed of the air or noise levels from an AC vent, which i certainly don't mind waiting a second or two for2) the battery is pretty painful to install, I'm not sure i'd change that with this design as the reason it hurts is trying to get the protective cover off to get it it. Since you won't change the battery too often I'm a bit ok with this... particularly if it was the only thing3) LOL @ the temperature sensor.. Yes, it's just slow, but it's SO SLOW (the manual states that it takes 20 minutes, and it really does). This deserves it's only line because really, there is no temperature sensor, slow is fine, but 20 minutes is non-operational. I'm sitting here at 20 minutes and it's down to 87 degrees, in a room that's 81 (down from mid 90's from being in the delivery truck)...4) temp sensor AGAIN - if you switch to something else and come back, it's back to Celsius and you have to change it again.5) the lux meter... 0 lux but in a room with a 90 watt bulb on the ceiling, after turning off the led that was directly pointing at it. it's CERTAINLY not 0 lux. and you can see in my video that6) you have to wait 20 minutes for it to enter humidity measurement mode according to the manual7) 0 faith in anything it says AT ALL... after what i said above, I'm not even sure i believe anything this thing says, when you can tell that it's very wrong using your body as a meter, you can't believe the thigns like wind speed that you don't have a way to testHonestly, I'm not even sure I'd give it 2 stars because they say that it measures temp, but don't tell you that it's completely useless for that, unless you know the temperature hasn't changed one bit in like 30 minutes...The goodThe case is pretty nice, though, i really don't care to protect this thingThe tripod is great, so i guess there is that, after acquiring this thing i have a tripod that i might find a use for.The protective sleeve will do a good job of protectingThe buttons are easy to use and the screen is easy to readTo be fair. if it didn't claim have a temperature/humidity option, I'd probably give it 3 stars, and if i had any confidence in it I'd still be able to use it for db and wind speed. but really... Who puts out a product like this at this price and claims it has a feature that you have to wait 20 minutes for?By the way, we're now over 30 minutes and the temp is down to 84.5 in an 81 degree room. The battery will probably go out before the temperature gets to where it's supposed to be, assuming it measures anything and isn't merely slowly counting down knowing that no one will wait that long.. I'd get a replacement sent out, but it says that this is how it operates in the manual, so it is what it is.. I have no idea how anyone gave this 5 stars since, again, the manual says it operates like this, they must not have tried it or something.
