Ever since the days of Biore strips I have not bought into pore cleaning trends. I have oily skin with the cloggiest pores you ever saw and I don't believe any of those trends actually work. I use oil cleanser to massage out as many clogs as I can every day but no treatment ever helped in any way, even if it helped my acne. I absolutely did not expect this device to work but sometimes I don't have any self control and I end up squeezing at my face so I thought as cheap as these are it's worth a try with even professional estheticians claiming to use these kind of devices.It's not perfect, and absolutely I don't think the moisturizing or firming settings do anything, but this cheap little device can actually remove pore clogs without squeezing. I ran over it my nose probably for a bit too long trying to find the best angle and pressure and I was getting all the clogs/filaments and all the dead skin gunk that I always have to wipe off after getting my face wet in the shower. I moved to my chin and got even more, my skin really is gross and gunky on a daily basis, I had to keep wiping the layer of gunk off with every pass. I wanted to really test it so a found a more pronounced clog in a larger pore on my cheek. Most of the moisture was gone by now so I rubbed more water on that area and varied around the angle until I saw it start to budge, and I focused on it and it actually came out!I really am impressed and surprised. It takes longer than what I normally do, but what I normally do is also a lot of squeezing and poking which is bad. My nose feels pretty smooth right now! Hope this thing doesn't break.As I mentioned it's not perfect. I think it's a little bigger than it needs to be. I don't think it needs to beep loud every time a button it pressed. It didn't come with instructions about angle/pressure. The large smooth cap can be annoying to get on and off, needs something to grip or to not be quite so tight. It's also super cheap so I'm not expecting it to last but if it lasts 2+ years I could happily give it 5 stars.

I used this electric skin scrubber on my face and it does what it says. Cleans out blackheads that I didn't even see. Just remember to spray your face with water first.

I think I like this product. It was A good price. I do feel like it helped clean my face. The directions that come in the packet are in broken English, and they are incomplete. I had to watch Facebook tutorials to have even the vaguest idea how to use it correctly. I like that it has positive and negative ions, and I can feel a difference when I press that button, but there is no indicator let me know whether I’m in positive or negative ion mode so even though I can feel the difference I can’t tell which mode I’m in. I am GUESSING when you turn it on it’s in positive ion more and pressing the button turns it into negative, but there is literally no way to be sure.I don’t know whether it actually is an effective tool for increasing penetration of products or tightening pores Or increasing collagen production, but I can say it seemed to help clean my pores, and that my face is tingling and sensitive after use. The tingling feels similar to the sensation my face has after I use my micro dermabrasion roller.I think the big negatives are the inability to tell which ion function you’re in, and that the instructions are so poorly presented. I do think the item works well otherwise.

Okay, I bought this because I needed a better way to unclog my pores. Did I think it would work? Nope. However, once I tried it, I was taken back, honestly. It cleans the pores on my nose very nicely. On top of that, it also has features for moisturizing and wrinkles, which is fun. HOWEVER, be warned,that it makes a high pitched sound when it's on and it may get worse as you place it on your face. Not going to lie, it's pretty annoying. Also, since the button for the different settings is sensitive to touch, it will change settings on you - that's also pretty annoying. Despite those two annoyance, I still love this product. It works great and it really does unclog your pores. It has helped me take my skin care routine up a notch.So, if you are sensitive to high-pitched sounds, I don't recommend this. It will hurt your ears. If you feel like you can work through it, then go for it.Hope this helps.

To start off, I LOVE this product. It makes my skin feel clean and vibrant; I'm hoping for amazing long-term results as well. The results alone feel deserving of 5 stars. The only problem I had is that the included user manual was rather vague and confusing, with a lot of obvious grammatical errors. By the end of reading, I had more questions than answers. I found more instructions on the Amazon product description section than the physical manual! What if I gave this as a gift to someone who didn't know to look to Amazon for help?Here are some examples of answers I didn't find in the user manual but did find online (answers I found in parenthesis): 1. the instructions say there are 3 different settings. Can I use all 3 in one sitting? If so, is there an order? Do I just choose one for a specific skin problem? (Still unsure about this one) 2. How often am I supposed to use this? Can I use it daily, or will that prevent proper skin regrowth? (Yes, daily is fine) 3. "Smear the derived liquid/beauty liquid/essence on the face." ...what is this? Is it my own skin care products/moisturizers? Are there other products I was supposed to buy? (I actually still haven't found the answer for this one) 4. Am I supposed to apply this to a dry, clean face? (NOOOOOO. It's suggested to use this while in the shower. ...which brings up another question, why does the cleaning & maintenance section of the manual say to not store in a 'wet place, such as the bathroom,' yet the product is suggested online to be only used in the shower?)

So far I’ve been using it for 2 weeks, only every other day to exfoliate. But I do use the another side of moisturising function everyday when applying my serum and moisturiser. It works! I do feel like my skin absorbs the products better and becoming more pimple free each day

Received item promptly with good packaging! Item came charged with clear instructions and easy to use! It does what it says it will do. Not for deep extractions but good for surface exfoliation.
