Coghlan's 8812 20-Pack Grommet Kit

These grommets are almost certainly stainless steel. They form beautifully without splitting and retained their mirror like finish. I was delighted with the result to the extent that I declined to reduce the star rating despite the fact that the hole punch was useless. A suitable punch can be made from the handle on a Tesco back scratcher for £1!

Good product, good price. Only complaint is that they are not brass as stated. They are some form of white metal, maybe steel? I used them to reinforce scaffold debis net to make an enclosure for my bee hive. The have worked really well.

Bought this for my craftwork but whether it’s me, I don’t know, I found it hard to use.

Kit contained no punch, so is basically useless. For some reason there were two cutting tools though. The box was damaged so I suspect the contents have been removed at some point, and the incorrect items replaced in the box.
