I loved this product. It was well made and very real like. Unfortunately for our mother it irritated her rather than calm her liked we hoped. Different people respond differently to products. But I wanted to make sure you know how thankful we are for companies like yours who have compassion for those of us going through this horrible disease. Thank you

This doll is so cute! She has realistic wavy/curly fine baby hair. Big blue eyes with eyelashes and an adorable content smile. My loved one knows it is a doll, I kind of hinted to see if she knew that. She does, but straight out of the box held it and talked to it. Singing and played pattycake. I felt good, all girls young or old love a pretty baby doll. It's hard not to because it looks like a happy content baby! I put it in a place where she can easily see and get it if she so desires. I'm glad I purchased this.Update: She became confused knowing it was a doll, but treating it as if it was real to an extent it was not only causing joy but stress at times. Like the doll not going to sleep (closing eyes) or may need Drs appointment etc. It will be a visiting relative's baby now since it did make her so happy.

Love at first sight best describes how the family member, for whom I purchased this doll, connected with this beautiful baby. I was not there when she opened the package, but photos of her holding her new baby made me so very happy. I read positive reviews on the doll, but after purchasing it, found some negative reviews on the Ashton-Drake Galleries (quality, delivery and customer service issues). I held my breath that the therapy doll would arrive before Christmas, that it would be of good quality, and that it would bring comfort. Happy to say that it arrived three days ahead of scheduled delivery; is well-made and lifelike; and brought joy to someone who is very special to me. Let Christmas begin!

My mother has Alzheimer’s. I bought this doll to see if it would occupy her time. She loves this doll. Carries it around with her everywhere. Falls asleep with doll lying on her chest. Doll is well constructed. It has some weight to it which makes it seem more realistic to her.

This doll was bought for my mom, who suffered with dementia. She enjoyed holding and taking care of it, and it seemed to calm her when she was stressed or in pain. The doll looks and feels lifelike, and is easy to hold.

The doll I am returning began looking as if her face and hands were very dirty. We were unable to remove the “dirt” which appeared to be caused by her skin coming off revealing the dirt. I spoke with one of your representatives who graciously offered to refund my money to our American Express account if I returned the original doll. I bought another just like her as the dementia patient is very comforted by the doll. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Dolls eyelashes are already falling out. Suposed to be for Altizmers patient! Eye stay open. Expected a lot more for the price! My dad said it wasnt worth 20 bucks, its already broke!! I have no pictures! I sent this to my mother in a nursing home. She has Altizmers. Im not happy with this product!

This therapy doll has made all the positive difference in the world for my mom! She has been struggling through symptoms of Alzheimer’s - dementia, among other things mental health issues and the moment she took the doll in her arms, her state of being shifted to calm, positive & joyful. I’m so grateful for the quality of the product. The only thing she told me is that she wished the baby’s eyes would close for “bedtime”.
