I love the fact that you chew it and that it tastes great. I have tried so many natural products to fight my insomnia over the last few years. What I have found is that none of them consistently gives the same effect every night. This product is no exception. Sometimes it works great but other times not so well. Last night was one that it did not work. I woke up after just 5 hours of sleep and could not get back to sleep no matter how hard I tried. But I will say that I did get over an hour of deep sleep and over an hour of REM sleep which is probably what kept me going all day. But overall it is a good product!

I have been suffering from sleep deprivation for the past year due to overactive mind, stress and difficulty of unwinding. I found Smarter Nutrition through social media and I am so thankful I did! This product is absolutely OUTSTANDING and has made a huge difference in my sleep! Prior I was waking every 2 hours, some nights only getting a total of 3-4 hrs of sleep, which were not REM sleep. With Smarter Sleep - Nighttime Sleep Aid I am able to get 6 to 8hrs of sleep! I have been practicing some methods of "unwinding" in conjunction with the product and the result are AMAZING! Using the practices really increases the sleep aid's functionality! Also, there is no side effects in the morning! Every other product I have used, the "sleep grogginess" in the morning is awful & actually would make the day unbearable! Not to mention, if I didn't take the other products prior 7PM I would not be able to, due to the fact of the reactions the next morning. Also, the other products would take hours to work; even taking it at 7PM I wouldn't fall asleep until after midnight. With Smarter Sleep - Nighttime Sleep Aid, I can take whenever and fall asleep within 30 minutes! Everything the company shared about their product is true and this is the 1st product in 2 years that has EVER helped me! Great taste, great performance, great REM nights of sleep! I use 2 of the Smarter Nutrition products. The Curcumin I believe has helped immensely. I have Scleroderma and Lupus and my biggest improvement is that my inflammation numbers have "dramatcially improved" - that's from my Rheumatologist - and I have been approved to discontinue my 2 serious medications that have side effects I am so relieved to be free from. The doctor and I did agree that if the pains and other devastating symptoms that occur with these illnesses I would go back on the medications. So far so good. These days I do get pain but not so bad that it can't be managed with good sleep and remembering to take care and relax. Which leads me to the reason I use the Sleep product. I have been suffering with insomnia for at least the last 12 years, especially during stressful periods, and this product consistently helps me get good healthy sleep that I am not dragging out of. There are still times, like when I get only about 4 or less hours of sleep usually due to stress that I have a hard day and don't function all that well. I have always hunted for and turned to natural products for help with my illnesses/ailments and have taken so many different remedies for sleep and not one has delivered it's promised results like this Sleep product has. I have recommended these products to my family and friends. I know for sure, at least one of my sisters and her husband have started using the Smarter Nutrition products. Even my husband has started using the Sleep product, I may have to get him his own subscription!

I had high hopes for this stuff...I wanted to try something new for maybe keeping me asleep since I sometimes wake up in the middle of night with racing, negative thoughts and a weird uncomfortable feeling (btw anyone else have this problem at all??). However, each night I took these, even last night when I took 3 at once, of course letting them all dissolve in my mouth completely so no I'm not doing it wrong! Ehem...anyways...makes me sad..but not like, depressed. Just want something that will keep me asleep all night long and wake up feeling refreshed and fully rested! Is that so much to ask?!!? Le Siiiiiigh

I like the taste, and it might have helped some to get me to sleep, but I have had long standing sleep issues, and this certainly didn't solve them. Strangely, I started taking an amino acid supplement for other reasons, and adding it seemed to work. I started naturally going to sleep earlier and sleeping more soundly. Then the corona virus pandemic hit. Even the melatonin + amino acid combination isn't enough to get me sleeping well these days. Hopefully they will work again when the crisis is over.

I am super thrilled with this product. I’ve tried so many different products but this has been my favorite. It’s effective and begins working quickly after you take it. It’s helped me fall asleep and stay asleep for much longer periods of time than other products have. I like that it’s a chewable tablet. I don’t think the flavor is super duper awesome, but the flavor is fine enough. More importantly, they do help me sleep & they don’t leave a weird taste or that gross drug induced hangover that some other products do. The price is super reasonable. The customer service is very engaged and awesome. I would definitely recommend these.Edited to add: I don't think I expressed just how quickly and effective these are. I'm very impressed with how quickly these work. Typically I am feeling the effects within about 15 mins and I am ready to not just crawl into bed but to actually close my eyes and sleep. I've been through a ton of different sleep aids and this is the first one I have found that truly does what it promises.
