BEYAN SB Vermont Modern Fabric Upholstered Convertible Sofa Bed with Storage, 84", Burgundy

I was initially hesitant to purchase this item by reading the few reviews that are on this product. I am not big on writing reviews but I felt that I needed to help others make an honest decision on this couch. It's a nice sturdy couch, the storage is great and the material is sturdy and easy to clean up BUT the measurements advertised on the item description is false advertisment and the only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because I feel I should be given a adjustment in the price of the couch hence it claims to be 84 inch long when it is 82, 34 inch high when it is 33 inch high, 32 inch long when it is only 26 inch wide, 42 in wide when open when it is 38 inch wide when open, 72 inch long when open when it is 71 inch long. This is the main reason why I believe im entitled to a adjusment in price also it took way too long to be delivered. Also the pillows that came with it is absolutely horrible absolutely not the same color or material that's is depicted on the pictures. This is not fair, although I am a bit dissatisfied it's not worth the hassle to return even though I feel as if I was ripped off by the measurements that I had made the proper adjustments in my home prior to the delivery of the couch. For those who are ok with my measurements it's a decent couch. I will contact amazon in regards to the measurements and the horrible totally different looking pillows that come with it.

The fabric is NOT chenille, it feels like regular linen fabric. And the measurements were not accurate. The seat is so shallow you can barely fit a pillow on it. When made into the bed, it's maybe a twin size so it only fits one person. Also, it's firmer on one side than the other so one side sinks. On top of all of that, it did not include assembly instructions, and the arms and legs need to be installed, and there's no pre-drilled holes for the legs. The manufacturer is in Turkey, so I couldn't call for instructions and didn't hear back by email, so I just had to figure it out. It looks ridiculous, I wouldn't even put this in a child's room. I'm going to return.

So this has been my worst purchase on amazon in a very long time.Let me first say who shipped it with was a poor choice. Little to no tracking, delayed shipments with no explination, oh and left in the middle of my driveway. Then there is the damage in the picture's provided.To be fair to the shipping company, that does appear to be particle board making up the couches frame.I ordered this over 5 weeks ago. After attempting to cancel over 2 weeks ago (before the couch was shipped) I was outright denied without explanation.While the couch looks very nice the cushion is very springy, and firm. Kinda noisey. Very little actual padding, mostly cheap metal springs. Get what you pay for right.Over all its about right for the money, and shipping is a gamble. Was just not the steal I was hoping for.Gonna see how customer service goes. Rating may change.Edit: my pets love this couch. So I am going to keep it purely for them.

THE GOOD - the sofa arrived on the scheduled delivery date/time. In general, it is fairly comfortable. Do not expect luxurious, but focus on functional. The storage under the seating really is fantastic.THE BAD - we ordered a gray couch, based on the pictures provided by the seller. The color that we received is much closer to light gray that you would find on a basic sweatshirt. There were assembly instructions inside of the box but the toner challenged copier that made the instructions left me with an illegible sheet of paper. According to the picture, the right and left sides of the sofa have solid block feet. There are 5 cheap plastic feet that pop into the base giving it a much less appealing end-product.THE UGLY - The base of our sofa was damaged in shipping. The functionality wasn't effected so I am going to "set it and forget it".OVERALL - it's a decent enough sofa to use in a rec-room. Do not expect a high end

It is a sturdy and comfortable sofa. The storage is great and it opens up to a comfortable bed. I love it's size which is smaller and looks more delicate than the one I had before. It's a great purchase for the the price.It even was delivered on time.

I really like the sofa but I received it damaged and some of the material is very poor quality that's why I give 2 stars.

This product is not worth it. We waited over a month for it to be delivered. Just to have it shipped damaged in MANY places. It is not as nice as it looks in the photo or comfortable. We are very unhappy with this purchase and will be returning it due to it coming damaged.

Good delivery service. Assembly is ok, but you have to use a drill as there are no holes drilled for the legs. The worst part is that it came in with a few small holes in fabric on the front of the couch. Kind of disappointing because it’s not a cheap couch. Also, the fabric looks very cheap upclose.
