Artificial Grass Tape 6" x49'(15cmx 15m) Self-Adhesive Seaming Turf Tape Lawn Carpet Jointing ,Green

This stuff is so sticky, it'll rip your skin off! Ok, maybe not that sticky, but really sticky!I used it to join 4 outdoor rugs into one large rug to cover my deck. I found the best way to install it was too cut it to length, lay it under the first pice of carpet (with half under) and then pull the paper off. Last step was putting the next rug on top of the exposed half of the tape. This way, I wasn't fighting the tape.

This stuff is very sticky. So sticky that I think it was wrongly installed at the cowboys 5 yard line because something keeps them from the end zone.

I spent a long time shopping for supplies to lay turf in my dog run due to the summer temps making it too hot to feasibly do the work. Now that it's cooled down, I've been able to get the work done. This tape does well holding the seams of my turf together. I had some concern since one of my dogs is a brat and likes to dig...but this has held firm so far. It was the right choice

This works great, the turf sticks very well to it.Do not attempt to install with 1 person as this is very sticky and once it sticks to something you might not be able to get it off without damaging it. If your turf blades touch it, forget it they are not coming off.I still added long nails on both sides of the seams as I didn't want to trust adhesive as a long term solution, but thats just me. I can say short term at least they hold up very well.

As with any tape getting it stuck to itself and to your fingers, there was a learning curve but over all was easy to use. Its very sticky, and the hardest part was not getting the blades of grass stuck to it before you married up the two pieces. It appears to have a strong weave and the 6" was plenty wide enough. The high temps the day we used it made the adhesive kinda melt and get a little sloppy.

I’ve used this twice now first time it’s still holding up after a year. Needed some more for another project so came back to what worked before. I like it.

Never installed artificial turf myself until recently and this tape came in very handy for adjoining segments. Gotta be careful when removing the adhesive backing though because it will stick to itself pretty easily.

Other similar alternatives for literally half the price! Product itself is pretty decent but pricing is unacceptable. Also, don't presume Amazon's "alternative offers" recommendation "software engine" is always accurate re: alternatives/better pricing...I learned this lesson the hard way!
