Not the same as before.
I ordered this hand cream 5 years ago and it was great. This new order is not the same as before. It works well but has a much different SMELL.

None better. Healing as well. The sole active ingredient is 0.5% Allantoin. According to label. Used to get it at work. Company provided. When one uses hand cleaner as I would, it strips all oil from your hands, and makes tools hard to hold.Fairly heavy hand tools, very heavy if the bounce of one's skull, may slip and I can't risk drooping a tool on a co-workers head working below me. That has happened in other groups and I don;t ever want to be responsible for "crowning" someone. Too many variable....so to speak. That's if they live through it. Inactive ingredients from the tube label as follows...water, cetyl esters, petrolatum, isopropyl palmitate, stearyl alcohol, carbomer, ceteareth-20, chloroxylenol, methylparaben, lanolin,sodium hydroxide,propylparaben, fragrance. Tell you this, the fragrance is very slight and very pleasant and clean. Fragrance dissipates very quickly. Not "perfumy" at all. Anyone I've ever turned onto this great product really super dug it, big time. Hope this succinct review helps someone. (Peace, Love and Understanding :-)
