EdenPURE 360 Super Climater Infrared Heater and Cooler with Directional Air Kit

I was hesitant of this purchase it was my husband request. I did not realize that it was a full stand alone unit. From the photo I thought it was a little desktop unit.Then I turned the heater on, yes it work very well. We use it in conjunction with our mini split and it compliments the mini split very well. The cooling side at this moment seems more like a fan. So yes we are very satisfied with the purchase and the price. I will add if this is the only thing you are using to heat it probably will not be enough.

I previously had EP heaters I inherited from my dad. Sold them when we went full time RVing. Fast forward to a few months ago I ordered this one to heat our Class C when we went north from Arizona. Now we’re north in the Oregon Cascades, this heater can’t keep the unit warm unless the outside temps are in at least the fifties. And it’s too late to return it. I was hoping to use the park provided electric for heating vs buying expensive propane.

I was thrilled to receive this air cooler on what promised to be a hot day. However, after unboxing it, checking it for damage/defects, and plugging it in I turned it on and almost immediately smelled the unmistakable smell of ozone. I thought to myself that maybe it was because the device was new and the smell would dissipate. Within five minutes I couldn't stand to be in the room with it without developing a massive headache. I moved it out to the garage and let it run there for a few hours to see if the ozone smell went away but it did not.An online review of the product revealed that this is a common issue with these EdenPure devices and that there was nothing that could be done. I went onto Amazon to send it back for a replacement because it was unusable for me and there was no option to replace it, only to refund. I also had to pay to ship it back to Suarez Corporation, a startling $96.81. They might be the most amazing device in the world if you get a good one but I'll never know because I won't be purchasing one of their products ever again.

Heats very well. Does have a smell. Not cat friendly.

I use product every day near my workstation it very quickly comes up to heat and heat a large area I’m looking forward to using it as a cooling device this summer.

Used it in a bedroom and works well. I like the fact it has a remote also. Cans just as needed and the remote makes this great. Would recommend to anyone.

Looks great, works great

This product is perfect for my mother and I. She's always cold, I'm always hot. I can aim the heat towards her and I'm not too affected while in the same room. Just as I can aim the cool towards me and she is not too affected. And our electric bill is lower because we don't have to change the thermostat.
