Neat and compact
The unit works well and is beat and unibtrusive. I have it set to produce a temperature if 40°C at the handbasin. This is a comfortable temperature for my young grandchildren. The installation instructions were clear. The unit requires 4mm cable from the distribution box and a 32 Amp breaker and double pole switch for safety and isolation purposes. I am very pleased with it. Please note it is not designed to produce hot water for a shower but is great for a handbasin where a small amount of hot water is needed.

Small to fit in any small unit but not powerful for mixed water
Can't warm water more than 20 degree C on full open tap but with less pressure the temperature can raise to 25C but the made is quite impact and small, easy to install and looking nice for price.

I wouldn't waste your time and money
So, it sounded like a good idea and simple fix for no hot water in the location of a new utility sink. Its 5.5kw so should be able to heat the water sufficiently considering the flow rate you get from other over sink hand instantaneous hand washers, that are around 3kw. To get the kind of heat you need from this, for example 40degrees, the water had to be dribbling out of the tap, so much so, the heater would then intermittently turn off as the flow was so little it though the tap was off... the air temp is around 10 degrees so nothing particularly low.It might be sufficient in the summer, but defo not the winter by any stretch. It will just have to be a storage tank which is slightly annoying as the sink is occasional use so will be a little wasteful for the time the water is being heated but not used.long story short. its not fit for purpose.

Good product, good value and good result !
I was very impressed with this and now wonder why something like this hasn't been offered before. I am considering buying another one or two for sinks in my house which require the hot water to be run for a short while before any warmth comes through. I should also save on my heating bills as the boiler won't be stopping and starting to produce small amounts of hot water which will mostly lie in the pipes, cool off and be wasted.

Works well!
Easy to install with 2 flexible tap connectors and a 13A plug. (Unlike my previous one this doesn't have a wall mounting bracket but it sits happily on a shelf). I use it to heat water in an outdoor workshop for feeding lambs and calves. It heats quickly and doesn't need the thermostat on full to give really hot water. The old one rusted through after 12 years, I'm hoping this will do a bit better, being stainless steel.

Good value
This is a neat alternative to a big water tank, which wastes a lot of money heating a lot of water unnecessarily. But, it took my plumber a lot of pondering before he realised the device can be stood on the ground - doesn't look stable but is okay. There are no fittings or brackets and the instruction booklet is very simplistic. But otherwise it's good.

Excellent bit of kit.
Very easy to install. Whilst you do not need to install a pressure reducing valve i would say it's a worthwhile expense. You wont need a plumber necessarily. I had to return one after 6 weeks of operation but it was promptly replaced by their customer services. Time will tell if they last but either way i think its relatively good value for money. Thank you Michelle .

Defective prodcut
I was watching for the product and found a discounted price in Amazon and ordered. But the product came as defective which was not powered on at all. Then I returned and ordered again without discount. Not sure if this is working, have to check
