My wife wears it nearly everyday and it seems to works well so far. Hoping it will finally change his poor posture.

It's the hardest contraption to get on (get into you might say). In principle it probably tries to come as close to providing a solution for buyers needing this type of back posturing (not really designed to give back support for strenuous lifting movements). If I can return this item I will - no reflection on quality of manufacture - just doesn't cut it for me. The best you can say is it's a 5**** for some people and not so for others. Update: Seller was very gracious to allow return of product. Again it is an excellent made item - just not for me.

Awful purchase, i feel duped by the reviews. No support, it’s elastic like a wetsuit. I got the XL because I’m 6’1”, and I’m swimming inside the belt at the tightest it goes. Like you could fit two of me inside, it’s a joke.

Just put it on and go, of course you need to take the time to fully adjust it to YOU.Well, just as some reviewers mentioned, the item is just performing exactly very well as described. I've only worn it a few days (everyday since it arrived), so far there are no problems putting it on and adjusting it. Even the straps are tugged hard, there has been still no sign of tearing, or fraying of the straps, nor of them coming apart. If you are worried about the quality of manufacture, you can put it through a "stress test" when you first get it. If something wrong, return it. Although I've only had it for a week or so, it shows no sign of a possible failure.Yeah, it is a bit uncomfortable when we use it at first , because it works to help us to correct bad posture. But it is ok, there is sufficient soft padding, and it's adjustable for under the arm/in the armpit.Don't slip it on, yank the straps and "go." You should open it up to the max and put it on; then arrange the pads to make them under the arms so you'll feel no binding or chafing and continue as tighten down the straps to "pull yourself into the proper posture." Based on your size, you may have to adjust the velcro strap that positions the center back "circle" as noted in the picture.My view, it's well made. You don't need to wear it all day...start with about 30 minutes and work up, to an hour or two or longer. The first few days/week it's a bit uncomfortable as it begins the journey to get your posture correct, so start slow and work to a longer duration.

my parents talked about my story,But they still advice me to try this because i slouch so much. I DON'T like this one at the very beginning, becacuse I have purchased more than 2-3 kinds of products ,those made me feel painful and tired.I did experience this but realized very quickly that pain occurred when I was trying to slouch and fight the harness.Until I tried this one, it is exactly different! Comfortable,If I was standing straight, my back was free of pain . This was my own experience,but I will recommend this to anyone wanting to correct posture!

I have to sit before my laptop for the all day to work and this back support belt helps keeping me in a healthy posture. It is handy, easy to use, just does what I expect it to do. Good!

Very happy with this posture corrector. I wasn't sure it would help me with my posture, so it doesn't look like i'm slouching and also help relive a bit my back pain. But it truly did!
