Great design with some flaws
Almost made 5 stars, but just a few too many glitches. Figuring out how to deal with the issues turned a 4-hour job into an 8-hour job. But the end result is pretty good.PROSExcellent materials and design, nicely conceived and producedThe polyurethane spacers seem to slightly soften the rideMost of the operations go very well during installationCONSInstructions -- ridiculous. Black/white with dark smeared photographs. Missing any comments on how to adjust the front brake lines, which are WAY too short after lifting -- NO hardware or comments. I had to figure this out and make my own brackets. Youtube had several installation videos -- none were excellent, but all put together they really helped with the job. Hey TERAFLEX!! -- how about some good videos and some links in the instructions? You don't evne have to include a CD....Hardware -- in some cases, Teraflex is supplying SAE hardware -- for a metric Jeep. I don't even carry SAE tools any more, so twice I had to scrounge up my own metric nuts and bolts to stay compatible.Snazzy little paper template for drilling the track bar drop bracket. But oops, the result is 1/8" off, and I had to hog out the hole anyway. Could've done better on my own without the template.Removing the emergency-brake cable support? When this is done according to instructions, those heavy cables rest on the fuel tank plastic plumbing lines, which will eventually chafe through and create serious issues. These cables have to be kept away from other stuff. Again, I had to improvise. No comments or hardware about the rear axle vent line, which is way too short for the lifted configuration. I needed to find some 3/8 tubing and a double-barb fitting to extend the line.THE INSTALLATIONI used a floor jack and 4 jack stands. I don't know how the job could be done without that kind of equipment. The front springs were a bit of trouble, and my helper (wife) really made a difference. The rear springs were much easier, but the spacers just would NOT "pop" into the frame receptacles. It took me well over an hour of fiddling to get those big boys in place. Very troublesome, mostly due to the sharp edges on the receiving hole, which wouldn't let even a greased spacer seat properly. I had to grind off some material on the driver's side spacer, and it finally seated.I did NOT have to loosen all the control arm bolts (as advised) which did help a little in not having to re-torque them later on.The rear ABS lines are too close to the bump stops. I had to move those and tie them off.BOTTOM LINE -- it's a good kit, but they could do so much better with a few inexpensive changes. This is NOT a kit for the newbie, you have to be alert, and creative. But all that said, the results are pretty cool. My Jeep "feels" a lot more than 2.5" taller, but the handling is basically the same as before. Of course, the higher CG creates more risk of rollover, but under all but emergency circumstances, the 2013 wide-track Jeep still handles like a sports car.

Good, but not perfect
Bought for a 2 door 09 JK. Where to begin...The Bad:The track bar bracket that they included was fabbed sloppy and you could visibly see the holes were off. One of the rear shock adapter brackets was also off causing much cursing. The rear spacers looked really weird, almost like the mold wasnt filled correctly or something. Oh, and whoever thought up the idea of making all of the replacement fasteners 1mm bigger than the OE parts is a malevolent human being. The Good:Instructions were better than I was expecting and everything seems to be of a decent/good quality. If you have a shop and all the right tools installation is easy peasy. I got about an extra 4 inches of total height. I'm not complaining, but it may surprise those with a 2 door without aftermarket bumpers, winches, etc because you get a noticable height increase. I'm now looking for a good set of side steps and handles.... This kit also comes with shock adapters, which is great because your shocks will be maxed otherwise. It took me 12 hours by myself, partially due to lack of proper tools and partially fighting poorly fabricated parts. It gives my Jeep a great look though and with a bit of ingenuity and determination it wasn't too bad. Time will tell how it holds up.*UPDATE 6/2018* This kit has held up fabulously. I have put roughly 20k miles on it, as well as taking trips to the mountains, Moab, wherever, and there are no signs of this kit having issues. I ended up replacing my front driveshaft due to increased pinion angles ripping the cv boot on the t-case side, but I blame the mileage on the driveshaft more than the lift itself, and if you are looking at lifting your jeep, you should have some new driveshafts on your to-do list in the future anyway.

Putting the Teraflex budget boost 2.5" on week old 2014 jeep wrangler sport. The parts provided are great quality and the kit goes on with only a few issues. The instructions show a different style rear sway bar link than what is provided in the kit. The instructions suggest installing it on the inside (opposite from stock) of the sway bar and axle mounts to create additional clearance for the wheels. Issue is that the new style link will not fit behind the new track bar drop bracket on the right side because it is wider at the top, the stock 17 wheel will clear the top of the link. If using a smaller wheel back spacing would be a critical concern, we are upgrading to an 18 wheel with a 4 5/8 back space and it has plenty of room as with the 17x7.5 wheel with a +44 offset , there is plenty of diameter to clear the link. The brake line bracket for the rear has too much offset for the new brake line, I used spacer to bring the line out a 1/4" because the line has an offset and runs into the shock. There is no bracket to relocate the front brake and pneumatic line, it's expected that the lines be removed from the bracket and allowed to float. I didn't feel comfortable with this and fabricated a small bracket that attaches in the stock location and moves the whole stock bracket up. 3" of flat strap does the trick. Getting the springs over the new bumpers was made easier by installing the stock bumper after the spring was installed. Happy 4 wheeling.

Easy installation. I'm satisfied
Easy installation. I'm satisfied! I did however have a problem with the fact that there wasn't a front brake line extension bracket. So I made my own. And the rear metal brake line had to be tweaked a little so that it did not rub the frame. I'm a happy customer.

Great lift, but beware of short break lines.
Great lift and easy to install. Beware, the front break lines really need to be extended or the mount modified. That's the biggest shortcoming or it would be 5 star. I also recommend buying upgraded shocks. The extensions work fine but as you modify, the stock shocks are really insufficient.

Missing pieces and poor design
Pretty nice lift kit, rides same if not better than stock. There was a couple issues with the kit, the track bar bracket stencil was out of proportion completely and caused the hole needed to be drilled for the bracket to be 2 inches too low. As well as was missing the top bolt to bolt the bracket in.
