Ordered for my German Shepherd and after reading the reviews I went up when deciding between 2 sizes. Wrong, they were way too big to use safely. These did appear to be well-made, but I couldn't use them. I didn't bother to return them, but was very disappointed.

My large senior 17 year old dog was losing his ability to get up from the hardwood floors and his back legs would sprawl out when standing any period of time. This helped instantly. They stay up a few hours but have to keep pulling them up when they slide off his paws. They work well for my senior 18year old Jack Russell and stay put for the most part.

Works great. Long wear creates sores

It's taken me a while to make this review as my absolute KING of a boy has since passed away, so it's been very difficult for me to finally give these a review. We have nothing but tile in our home for flooring, so as Opossum got older (yes that's his name) he started losing traction so easily and would wreck out all the time just doing his usual things like walking through the house. It was absolutely heartbreaking to see our old man go through such a struggle on the daily, and we could tell he started getting depressed that he could no longer move freely throughout the home so he would just give up and lay wherever he fell, or he would refuse to leave his bed all together. However once we got these booties on him he was like a young pup all over again! He would run and stomp and prance around, we called them his "sassy paws" because he was so spicy in his boots, it brought us and him so much joy at the fact that he could finally move around freely without any worries of falling and hurting himself. The only issue we had with these booties to no fault of the product is that I struggled to put them on where they aren't too tight or too loose, so I would take them off of him at bedtime to make sure they aren't constricting his paws and let his paws breathe. They were such an absolute game changer for my boy and I'm still so grateful that we could give him those moments of freedom from the slippery floor. If you have a senior dog struggling to keep traction on the floors I highly recommend these booties.

I bought an XL for a standard poodle 45 pounds. Which was going to be a little too big. I wanted them to be loose because my dog is disabled. The sock is so tight you cannot get it over the dogs feet without physically hurting them. I tried stretching them, I tried washing them then fitting them over a larger pole to let them dry and stretch them. Doesn’t work. The shoe itself is too big as was expected, but I can’t get the sock over the foot. He literally was in pain as I tried to pull and push the sock over his feet to get them on. I can barely get the sock over my other dog at 24 pounds but he has much smaller feet and the boot is huge on him.Unfortunately I’ve washed them trying to make them work and can’t return now. I really need these as my dog is disabled to prevent sores from forming on his feet because he drags two feet.Don’t go through the hassle of immediately returning these, you won’t get them on your dog. I bought shoes a size too big that should fit a Rottweiler and there’s no way they’re going in a bigger dogs foot as indicated by their sizing. It won’t happen. If you manage it, it will cut off their circulation in their legs.

This has nothing to do with the seller they did a fine job it’s more about the manufacturer. The Velcro should have been space as 1 Velcro tab at the top and 1 Velcro tab just around the ankle instead of both on the top. It would of made the sock stay on better. Other than that it fits fine.

When my dog cracked a toenail and the vet had to cut it back into the quick in order for it to heal, I had to find a way to stop her from licking the foot. This isn't the first time I've had to prevent her from licking a wound. It's always been a struggle for everyone involved. Collars and cones don't work because her legs are so long that even with a collar and a cone on, she is still able to reach her front paws. These little dog shoes are lifesavers. I never thought they would work, but they do. She cannot lick them off or run them off or chew them off. They go on quickly and attach with double velcro straps. These straps do the job. Call me surprised and delighted.

My dog has never used booties before and she got used to these fairly quick after some wacky walking. But unfortunately after only using them 10 times they already got a hole in them. I wish they lasted longer but liked them while they were hole free.

Very good on soft surface but as soon as we did a road walk it got a hole in so was no more use
