Futurama es genial, lástima que no le hayan sacado las capítulos, ojalá la regresaran a la TV nos alegraría la vida.

If all the Future a season sets were packaged like this on blue ray I most likely would replace my DVD sets.The packaging is really nice, comes with a really nice sleeve.The picture and audio quality is superb in my oppionion which is the main thing that really matters. Sounds brilliant on my surround sound.There are a few special features with this set but not a huge amount.If your someone who enjoys commentaries on the episodes you will be happy to know their included aldo.All in all very happy with this purchase, a real shame they cancelled this series again

Another season that is well deserved a spot within your collection.

Starting out as a show that was pretty much a futuristic counterpart to The Simpsons, Matt Groening's second brainchild had a turbulent pre-production with Fox, which he later referred to as the worst experience of his life. It lasted for four seasons before being canned. It was later resurrected by Adult Swim and took on a more adult-orientated personality.By Season 6 the DNA of the show is very noticeably different from its first incarnation. I'll be honest, I didn't really like Futurama when it debuted in 1999 despite a strong effort to. After the show was resurrected I began to enjoy it much more. The writing is very sharp, super-creative, and frequently hilarious. No other show has such concise imagination or outrageous ideas. Just a shame that a “full” season lasts only 13 episodes.I wouldn't usually invest so much emotion in an animated show, but when are Fry and Leela finally going to fully fall in love?The Blu-ray looks great in 1.78:1 1080p with brilliant DTS HD-MA 5.1 sound. There are a good amount of extras including lots of behind the scenes stuff and FAQs with Matt Groening.
