Inflatable Pool Float: Pool Toy for Kids

Perfect size for my 4 year old son, though balancing is a bit difficult. I would say for kids much bigger it might fold up a little or not carry them as well. Looks pretty realistic and is a great size. Only complaint is what all other reviews say which is the safety label is printed across the top of the entire fin, taking away from the design a bit. It's very ugly. But I read reviews showing and stating that beforehand so it wasn't a surprise to me and doesn't really impact the use of it, just ugly to see lol

Bought the Intex Great White shark and the Intex Stingray for my grandchildren (boys 6 & 7) and they absolutely loved them. They are very heavy vinyl, well made, and actually realistic looking except for the tacky safety warnings printed on the top sides of the floats. The body of the shark sits a little above the water and floats on its side fins. The ray is large enough for two small children. They took a beating and are still holding air. Very pleased. Super price for the quality.

My kids are having a blast on this! It is very well made and trust me, they have been pretty rough with it….jumping off the side of the pool onto it. Solid construction and so cute. Glad the seams are rough as some other products that cause some chaffing if rubbed too much.

Great shark - held up 1 season - wish it were a little tougher retained air well until it developed a hole that we could not locate. It is huge and was fun.

These "sharks" are BIG and sturdy and the kids loved to jump from the edge of the pool onto them. They found the "sharks" to be a lot of fun to bounce on and ride, There are 2 black handles for them to hold onto while they ride! Great fun for a good price. BTW....there are 3 chambers that have to be blown up but we have a mechanical device that blows up all of our grand kids beach balls, balloons etc so not much of a problem for us but might be an issue if you have to use lung power : ) ! We dried and deflated after kids left and squeezed partially back into boxes. There seemed to be repair tape if needed on bottom of box. If your kids or grand kids like sharks watch Discovery Channel's promo for Shark Week on YouTube....hysterically funny!

This was a gift for my daughters 8th birthday. It is okay.....I was thinking it was going to be a lot bigger than it was, but it wasn’t. Kind of disappointed at the size of it...but my daughter still enjoys it so I guess that’s all that matters. Another reason why I only gave this three stars is one of the shark’s fins is completely covered in white warning labels on the top...makes the float look extremely tacky. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just put the labels on the underside of the fin, or made the background color of the label the same color as the fin (grey)...instead it is huge and white. I have an alligator pool float and the warning label is not white, it’s green, so it blends in. This however was an eyesore.

This is a great shark for a pool season. We bought one last season, and it held up for a few months until too many kids jumped on it from the diving board onto the shark and the seam popped. We liked it enough to buy it again. It won't last forever as we are very rough on our pool toys but it was Fun and reasonably priced so we ordered another one. Very good printing on the inflatable, looks a little realistic from the pool view and made my little baby nervous at first. All the little boys who swim in our pool absolutely love this float and fight over who gets to try to ride it next. It is a little tippy, but that is part of the fun.

The original one survived 4+ seasons of hard play with my grandkids. I finally retired it at end of last season and ordered a replacement. I'm confident this will last like the last one. 4 seasons may not sound like a lot, but they were subjected to rough play, jumping on them from the deck and such. Would certainly buy this Intex again when the time comes around in the future. Very well built for lots of pool fun.

Amazing! So everyone at the beach has these cutesy unicorns and doughnut blow ups, and then there’s this great white shark! It stands out! It’s a lot bigger than expected which is great. Also very thick material that is very durable. Super fun.

Theres a giant sticker on the fin at the top which they did not show in the listing. But works as intended and my kid loves it.

This shark was purchased for pool fun and very little expectations of it lasting the summer. I was wrong this shark took a beating we literally would jump tackle it in the pool and wrestle this beast and it never backed down lol it also looks pretty scary/realistic compared to any shark I’ve seen before. So it’s time to close the poool and this shark has been deflated and packed up for next season, again wow ! Can’t believe it survived the summer,rest easy Steve Irwin no sharks were harmed in my pool this summer

Totally happy with this purchase. I bought the shark to keep the grackles away from my pool. It may have accomplished that, as they have disappeared, but I have read that it their nuisance pooping only happens for a short time of about 2 weeks. But regardless, i love the look of the shark and my daughter loves splashing around with it. I think the graphics on the floatie are right on. It looks great in my opinion. Only downside is that you have to blow it up about once a week as it seems to lose some air, but that could be because it is being hugged and ridden on and used in the pool. Update: I have bought two of these and they have both suffered leaks. It's a great product and I really like the look of it, but I'm looking at buying another one because they only seem to last one season. Or I may look for something else.
