What a great quality product, with great customer support! This suspension system is fantastic and very well made. It has quite a few nice handy touches. You can use the straps separately as each one has its own door anchor built in, or you can connect both straps to the smaller separate door anchor. Yip, that's right, unlike some very very expensive suspension brands that after you've spent a million pounds buying their straps, you discover if you want to use on a door you need to open your wallet again and buy an anchor separately! OR, you could've bought the set at 1.5 million pounds that includes a door anchor! But they have an exercise chart I hear you say, well, a couple of clicks online and you can have any specific exercise or a full hour long workout. Anyway back to the Exercise Smarter set, being able to have the straps separated is so handy if you don't want straps interfering with a specific exercise. Another handy feature is the loops that keep the straps nice and tidy are stitched to the strap, so when you adjust them for workouts they move with the straps keeping it all nice and tidy as well as making it quicker to adjust. I also prefer the separate foot holds, which take a few seconds to change over from handles when I want to work core /legs. All buckles and clips are well made, as are all the additional straps for securing to other fixed objects. Resistance bands and handles are also well made, and it all packs into the included net bag. My suspension system was missing the small separate door anchor, an email to the company was quickly answered and the anchor was sent by first class post. So there is excellent customer service to back up the excellent product.I was a bit hesitant to splash out 50 quid but I'm glad I did.PS, I put a towel over my conservatory doors to stop the buckles/caribiners banging off doors between exercises. I'm also going to be installing anchor points outside😁

These are great. I bought them to use in hotel during travel imposed quarantine and they are spot on. I am limited to using them on a door at the moment but I can still use them for plenty workouts.I was worried that they might be of low quality due to the price but they are spot on. I have seen trx brand suspension trainers in my works gym and there isn't much difference in quality.This set comes with all you would need to use them anywhere including door attachment, foot loops, and handles for upper body workouts.I am a complete beginner with this sort of thing and can make use of them so for most people they should be sufficient.My pack didn't come with instructions and I wasn't sure how to fit them to the door. I contacted the seller and the reply was swift and informative.Don't waste your money on a more expensive brand unless you are a fitness machine and intend to use them all the time to justify the price.

Great bit of kit. As an ex personal trainer, it is definitely a product I would recommend for people of all fitness levels and abilities due to the versatility of exercises you can perform. As well as using at home, I have actually taken it outside and used for my routines I do in my local park and it's great to have the opportunity to add resistance work for all muscle groups where ever I am.I must admit, the build quality is excellent and for those of you who are less experienced or even experienced gym goers but never used a suspension trainer, the workout guide shows you how best to use it and the different exercises you can perform.As an experienced fitness enthusiast, I have used other suspension trainers in the past including the well known brand TRX, and I have no idea why you would pay the extra money for something that is just as good; plus you get the extra resistance bands and the skipping rope which are all decent!I will be buying another one for a family member for Christmas!

The quality of this product is the same if not better than the TRX and it's much easier to attach to a door with the built-in door anchors.I purchased this product as i no longer have the free time to go to the gym. So i purchased this product to still get just as a good work out. I Can do 100's of exercises in the comfort of my own home and with the added resistance bands it really is an excellent home gym. I can feel the benefits just after a few days of use.I have never thought about skipping before for a cardio workout. But I'm glad it is added to the pack as it is more exciting than my standard jog.This product is highly recommended.

I bought these straps before the lockdown after using branded ones in the gym. Boy am I glad I did! These are super sturdy, really durable and totally versatile straps. I initially tried them in my door but because I live in a new build the door is quite flimsy, so I put them on the end of my bed.... Much sturdier. You can configure them multiple ways and the carabiner clips make switching it out easy. The elastic bungees are really strong too so you get a good solid work out.Strongly recommend these straps. They're great value for money.

I purchased this to workout at home and must say it's excellent quality. With the adjustable fitness straps you can do all the usual bodyweight exercises like squats, press ups, rows etc. Can be hung over any door with the built in door anchors or connected via the carabiner system.The two resistance bands are extremely strong and replicate using heavy dumbbells. The resistance can easily be lowered for harder exercises and with the two lose door anchors many different exercise can be achieved like when using a cable machine at the gym.Haven't used the skipping rope yet however this is an added bonus for extra cardio.All packs away in a neat carry bag and weighs under 1.5kg so can be taken anywhere. Also comes with a handy workout guide.Perfect home gym and highly recommended.
