With flower???? sounds sketchy.

It's great, especially when new and fresh. After it gets a bit oily but still works very well. I use it with brownies and cakes that previously I had to grease and then flour separately. I couldn't find it in the grocery anymore and am delighted that I can get it through Amazon!

What is the expiration date for this item, please?

I ordered back in July of 2018. The expiration dates on the cans - April 26 2020. So mine do have a long shelf life.
