Worked like a charm. Installing it was an adventure though. I have my washer back. Getting a professional would've cost much MUCH more.

Great after-market drain pump!
This is the 2nd one of the drain pumps I have ordered from this parts site through Amazon. The last pump lasted 2-3 years! That’s definitely worth the money! It’s a like-for-like fit for the pump that my Samsung washer has. It installs within 15/20 minutes after you vacuum the water out of the drum. Super simple changeout, and it’s worth it for the price.

DOES NOT LAST. Died after 11 months!
Let me start out by saying. I am an engineer.This pump fit just fine and worked just fine. But it will not last. It is built to fail actually.The impeller is installed by a pressure fit disk. This means that over time of coming in contact with warm and cold water, the pressure plate will pop out. Once it does this the motor spins constantly (without moving water) and will overheat and kill itself.This is designed to fail. I thought that I had caught the pump failure early enough. So I reattached the motor drive shaft to the impeller and re-installed it in the machine. But the motor was already shot. It immediately produced this awful groaning sound.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PUMP!

In pieces
When package arrived it was sent in a plastic bag and was in pieces as seen in picture. Not sure if it was damaged in transit or packaged this way but very disappointed. I put it back together and used my old pump cover and installed in our machine. It worked for 2 loads then stopped pumping. Not worth the trouble of installing it if it only will last a couple of loads.
