Bag Completely Flat and Broken
My bag of chips arrived completely flattened with all the chips broken. For 12 freakin dollars I really expect unbroken chips and a full bag! Super disappointed. Was really looking forward to these because I know the flavor of the chips is delicious but who wants $12 worth of crumbs? This really sucks. What a waste of my money.***Added***thought I’d at least try the crumbs but can’t even eat them. They were hard, old, and stale tasting. Threw the bag away. My mom recently brought me a bag directly from Germany in her suitcase. They were not at all broken and tasted fresh crunchy and delicious. Nothing like these at all.

Beat up Bag
It was shipped in a box with two other, much heavier items. No cushioning, just sloshing around in the same box. The bag arrived beat up and the content was reduced to crumbs. Delicious crumbs, but I expect more care for this price.
