Customer service was excellent they stayed on top of everything from delivery to setup. If I had a question they answered very quickly. Would recommend to anyone. Furnace is installed and so far so good.

Honest vendor, helpful and supplies great product
Honesty and helpfulness of this vendor. Goodman brand are great furnaces and assuming AC units are as well. Water damage is only reason had to replace furnace. Key part of HVAC for heat or AC. Found a "deal" on Amazon for both goodman furnace and ac unit and total nightmare. One of the too good to be true things unfortunately. This vendor was first to tell me that I would run into issues. And I did. Wasn't able to to do both financially, but gwent through MRO and got furnace at great price and will swap out ac next year. With this vendor only.

Not as advertised
Look, the furnace is fine but the description is incorrect. The seller lists this as an LPG furnace (propane) which is why I chose to buy this furnace from this seller. It is a LNG (natural gas) furnace which required a $70 conversion kit. Be aware.

Beware
Be aware. When I had the installer come to hook up the furnace he said that the furnace has a cpu board that was discontinued by Goodman in 2020. He stated that this furnace could work for a little while with the current board. He was right, it lasted 2 days and the cpu board was done. I had to purchase a replacement board for $130.00. Run fine after this fix. Customer service was good to start but Amazon covers the questions for this company and they send you to Goodman. Low stars because it ran 2 days without needing repairs

Good man warranty is no good.
Good man warranty is no good. Have to pay $500 up front for them to service it. Unit went bad after 6 months.
