Absolutely luxurious!!!
This is an absolutely luxurious robe. Very well made. Nice and absorbent on the inside too. I ordered the large: age 7-11. My daughter is 8 years old, 4'2" and this comes down to her mid-calf. She has a 26" chest, 25" waist, and 28" hip. There is plenty of room in this robe-not tight at all, just comfy. The robe has a 37" circumference straight down from top to bottom. The inside portion of the zipper is covered so that it is not cold against the skin. The zipper strip itself is made out of a plastic the same color as the robe and the piece that is pulled is metal. I ordered both the pink and the aqua robes for the long sleeves to cover up after my daughters swim class this winter. I highly recommend.
