These are really cute & whimsical little nightlights. I purchased a pair about 3 years ago. I gave one to my cousin, and I kept one. We both use them in our bathrooms, and they're both still in perfect working order. I unplug mine 1-2 times each week so I can temporarily plug in a different appliance. There's no sign of wear on the prongs. If people stop treating their nightlights like party poppers, I'm sure they'll find they last just fine. My only complaints after using this for a few years: 1. It's too wide to plug in a second item next to it in my side-by-side outlets. It's annoying, but not so annoying that I dislike the product. I know most outlets are stacked on top of each other, not next to each other, so it's likely not even a common enough problem to make it worth a redesign. 2. I'm very light-sensitive, and this a little too bright for my eyes when the rest of the house is dark. It would be nice if there was a way to dim it, or at least omit the white light in the color change sequence. But for the couple dollars I paid for it, I absolutely don't expect any kind of customization options. It's just something worth noting for others like myself. All-in-all, a great little nightlight that adds a touch of practical whimsy to any room.

These are so cute and really do add a lot good bit of light to an area. I was skeptical when I first got them, thinking they weren't going to bright enough. I was pleasantly surprised when evening came and they automatically lit up and brightened the area I had them in. They also look like little plants during the day when they are not lit. Oh and the lights change colors softly (not blinking light, more of a smooth transition from one color to another). They are reasonably priced for two and I would think of giving them as gifts. Great little gifts for a Gardner too.

These are cute, but not as cute as in the pictures! The color shifting sometimes has a red dot of LED light that shows through, and it flickers often in ordinary light rather than just being off. It is best as a nightlight in a very dark area, but it does not light it all up just shows where the walls are and the outlets which can be handy for like a hall, porch, or closet. I got these for my grandmother, and she loves them. So they are very giftable!

These night lights are so cute and provide good light too! I put one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. They come on when it gets dark out and turn off when it's light. I love them! The colors change and it's really nice.

I purchased these little night lights months ago. I gave a few to some girlie friends, and they love them. They can be rearranged but not to much. Put out the perfect illumination at night. As with most night lights, do not plug them into the darkest receptacle in the room, they will not turn off. Nice add to the kids rooms. They are LED powered, and do not get hot. Yes, one mushroom turns color. I get comments all the time. I recommend this product! They come in pairs, and very reasonable price. Thanks AMA!!

These look nice but were smaller than expected. Still, the light provides just the right ambiance. It's very light and seems sturdy enough that you can't even reposition the stems without them going back to their usual position.
